Both times I met with her I only gave her literally one day's notice because I was planning from long distance and rarely in town, and she was able to change her plans to meet with me. She asked me tons of questions about logistics and her expertise and advice was undoubtedly what made the day go so smoothly. For all the help she gave me over email and meeting with me beforehand, I ought to have paid her for some planning as well as day-of services. She also ran the rehearsal and called each and every one of my vendors the week before. (I only know this because I was starting to call them and realized it wasn't necessary because people were telling me, "Oh I just spoke with your planner yesterday!") On the day of, she just took care of directing everything. Occasionally she'd have a couple questions for me (probably because I just left a stack of boxes that had things that needed to be set up) but she just made it all happen. She helped us choose our vendors, and referred us to our officiant who we adored, and after we finally settled on a venue went with us to all our meetings with them and made sure everything was organized and going to happen the way we wanted it to. Janine was always available by phone and email to help with any questions or concerns we could think of.
