I had a charity event that was located outside, unfortunately on a very cold and windy day. Vince gave me a checklist of everything he would need prior to the event. As long as all those things were available he said no problem. That's exactly how it went. Vince came out, was able to change in the back of a large moving truck we had, and he came out all Santa'd up and ready to hang out with our event for our time slot. Seeing this wasn't the typical office party or children's event I was a little worried Vince would feel out of place dealing with a different crowd and people that have been tailgating for the Seahawks game all morning... That wasn't the case. Vince did his Santa thing and had any size person come sit on his lap, have a conversation about Christmas wishes and posed for pictures. I believe I was told he politely asked people to set down their drinks prior to taking photos. Which I thought was a great touch (saving potential spills on him and also keeping a good professional profile of pictures. If you have ever taken a picture with a professional team mascot they use the same rule). We got some great photos and Vince was a fun and super easy Santa to have for our party. Even some overly drunk people probably talked Vince's ear off and he didn't care and kept his Santa face on and entertained their conversations and kept the spirit alive with every person. We had a couple veterans that related to his (Vince) family's involvement with the military as well that was mentioned to me. When Vince was finished he came out and visited with me and a couple others and had fun discussing other events we had in the books that same exact day! He also suggested other services they provide that may fit our charity tailgate party next year in case we were interested. Our event isn't always around Xmas so it was nice to hear about other things that might fit the bill. Vince adjusted to our needs to make our Santa visit go as smoothly as possible so I can definitely recommend him for that type of gig! I know a couple friends that kept his information for renting him for a company party in the future. Thanks for the great event Vince, and I hope this give assurance to people that are looking that Vince is the guy to hire! -Dan Linthicum

She was extremely friendly, responsive, flexible, and truly made our day. Our wedding ceremony and reception venues were about 20 minutes away from each other, and each only gave us 3-4 hours for setup before the events. Sam worked genuine magic behind the scenes coordinating with vendors at both locations to make them absolutely perfect, and handled my potentially "type-A" moments with grace. We are the first in of our siblings/friends to get married, so she was also in charge of teaching about 20 people how to walk down the aisle and what to do during the ceremony and it went so smoothly!

My wedding was August 16, 2026 at the Edmonds Waterfront Center…read more Listen to me when I tell you -- THIS THING COULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED WITHOUT THE HELP OF SAM!!! YOU NEED TO BOOK HER!!! I booked about eight months in advance for a day coordinator and we started communication about 2 months before the wedding. During that meeting I had what I would call the "outline" of a plan, and had booked the major items like (1) venue, (2) dj, (3) caterer, (4) photographer. But the actual plan that day was still pretty loose. On our first meeting, Sam drove all the way from Kent up to Woodinville to have a 4 hour in-person meeting with me and my husband to hash out the details. In the weeks leading up to the actual event I would go on to change that timeline like 4-5 times and Sam didn't bat an eye. She came with me to do a walkthrough of the event space and meet with the venue manager. She and I would communicate over text, email, and sometimes FaceTime. Sometimes I would even send her videos of things I was making last minute lol. This was all included and I had only booked a day-of coordinator. ON THE DAY ITSELF: She came to the hotel we were getting ready at to grab the decor items (which let me tell you I pretty much had no idea how they were supposed to look--I bought some random stuff off Amazon, Etsy, and antique shops, threw it in a box and handed it to her). I will note if you have anything heavy to have your husband and his friends move it, we had a few heavy items that we made like an altar piece. Then while we were getting ready and taking photos, she was setting everything up. Like everything, she just put it together and made it work. When we arrived to the venue, she arranged everything and everyone in my bridal party so I wasn't even thinking about anything. She brought me and my husband water. During the ceremony she was managing the catering timeline and the dj, all while getting "behind the scenes" shots of everything while not getting in the way of the photographer. After the ceremony, she had drinks ready for me and my husband. She brought snacks over to me and my husband while we were getting photos during the cocktail hour. She managed the timeline so I wasn't even thinking about "what time is it, do we need to start heading in?" She had drinks ready for us when we came in!! Throughout dinner and karaoke, she was just constantly on it, and we had a hard out by 11 (or else the venue would continue to charge us), and she had everything wrapped up and in our cars by 10:45. IT WAS JUST SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ONE OF MY MOST PRECIOUS MEMORIES AND TRULY MY DREAM COME TRUE!!!! THANK YOU SAM FOR EVERYTHING!!! BOOK THIS GIRL!!

If you are wedding planning; you want Tony on your team. My husband and I planned a Washington…read morewedding from Alaska during the COVID nightmare. Most of the communications with Tony was done via webcam since we weren't able to go back and forth to Washington. Tony was very responsive to everything and not only had plenty of ideas but he has the best ideas. If you pick him you unlock a world of possibilities for your ceremony and reception. Prior to having him I just thought I would pick a few songs, play the wedding quiz game and call it good. I was so wrong. Once I got to see his presentation ideas I knew we were in the best hands. There were multiple parts of our wedding that the guest had never seen before and moved them to tears, laughter and the best party opener after a year of masks and social distancing. He knows the right way to do everything in his lane and he pretty much becomes your day of coordinator, or their huge helper. He helped us with our floor plan and he always kept us informed on what was going to happen next. It felt like the wedding was a production. A Grammy winning production at that. The moment I realized we had made the best decision for our wedding by hiring Tony was as I was getting ready the day of. It was about three hours before the wedding and I was getting my hair done and just mentioned to my wedding party "Oh crap I hope Tony is able to set up and doesn't get lost or anything." My maid of honor said "umm... he's been here for a while and I am pretty sure he is all set up." He adds absolutely 0 stress the day of the wedding! Tony is very professional and his ultimate goal is to be there for you and your partner as well as keeping everyone involved and to have everyone leave at night saying "That DJ is my new best friend." I had so many comments after the weeding saying it was the best wedding they had been to. My Grandma and my friends are still commenting on how great Tony was. I can't say it enough: Pick Tony as your DJ and you will not regret it!

From the start, Tony took the time to understand our vision and our guests, helping us plan the perfect night. On the day of the wedding, Tony was professional, reliable, and absolutely nailed every detail. Everyone raved that it was the most fun dancing they'd ever experienced at a wedding. He kept everyone--from the young cousins to the older guests--on the dance floor all night, seamlessly blending timeless classics with modern hits and amazing remixes of both that kept everyone engaged, all while keeping our musical taste in mind. The energy never dipped once. He's by far the best wedding DJ we've ever experienced, and we wouldn't recommend anyone else to make your wedding an absolute blast. But Tony isn't just a DJ--he's an MC, and honestly, even part wedding planner. He came up with fantastic ideas to keep the evening flowing smoothly while still letting us stay in control of our creative vision. If you're deciding between a day-of coordinator or Tony, go with Tony. He handled every transition flawlessly--from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception--and his charismatic MC'ing elevated the entire vibe of the event. Everyone's vision is different, but after attending dozens of weddings and hearing from our guests, we've realized that if you're going to optimize one vendor, make it the DJ/MC. People may not remember the flowers or even the food, but they will remember the flow of the night, the energy, and the hours of music, dancing, and fun. From the bottom of our hearts--thank you, Tony, for making our wedding as fun, seamless, and memorable as possible!
