Bryan tended bar at a Mardi Gras themed party at our home this year with about 90 attendees. We offered several New Orleans signature cocktails as well as some standard mixes. All the guests enjoyed his expertise with the martini shaker and being able to make suggestions for those guests that said "surprise me".
