If it weren't for YELP requirements making me give AT LEAST one star, I wouldn't have given even one. The place I usually go to was so busy when I walked in, and since I couldn't wait the 30min-1hr they quoted me I decided to head down the street and go elsewhere. I wish I would have waited. Best Nails was conveient for me being as though I was meeting a friend for lunch at Shakey's (hence why I couldn't wait) and next to dollar tree--another stop on my list of errands. I was greeted when I walked in and thankful there was only one lady getting her nails done. That should have been my clue. Pedicure was priced at $30 and I have had WAY better for $20 pedicures. Not impressed by the pedicure at all, not to mention the color I picked for my toes was a totally different color than what was painted on my toes TWO DAYS later it was completely chipped up. The gentlemen who did my fill ask what I wanted and I said only pink fill the white is still good. My right hand pointer finger had been filed down so much that you could only see the real nail underneath. Needless to say I was not happy the next few days when I noticed the chipped toe I called and went back in to get it fixed. All they did was paint over the existing color with a DIFFERENT color on my toes, and then redo the gel on top of my fingers. So they didn't FIX anything. I spent $52 tip at the original date and walked out pissed off and will never go back. read more
