I say "I want 3 movers" - to anyone reading this, they would think 3 movers is faster and you avoid a trip fee. Especially someone like me who has a small move. First, I was really excited to have them move me originally (they are minority-owned, women-owned, LGBT-friendly, etc.), BUT trying to get a response back is like watching paint dry - it takes forever!! This is reflected in other feedback you see as well. I was waiting for them to send me an updated quote, which they said they would provide (or respond) within 1 day. 3 days later I get a response... So, I decide to call their line, which they only sometimes answer. Second, so I am now onto my scheduled week of moving and now the owner and the customer service representative (word for word, as if this is a standard talking point) say "we've never had a customer assume the trip fee is waived."... then went on to talk about competitive rates, etc... To anyone reading this, does this not sound like they are making ME seem stupid for even thinking that the trip fee was waived because THEY did not include the trip fee in the 3-mover quote? I think so. Would NOT recommend based solely on the poor customer service, confusing fees (which I told them upfront I wanted to avoid), and lack of truly caring about its potential customers - perhaps that's why you have to have such "competitive prices".

Then Crickets I sent a reply saying I needed it sooner then later NOTHING a few days later sent another reply saying I was disapointed they didnt get back to me. NOTHING BACK Obviously something has changed the great customer service went to crap and because I work in the CS Industry I cant with a good heart recommend them anymore. Lesson learned, a 5 second e mail could of avoid a loss of a customer and the clients I was sending when asked if I knew of any movers. So much for having a good clients back when needed more so since they were the 1st ones I reached out too.

Being a local enterprise, they are attentive, easy to reach and do business with, adhere to their quote (an unusual event these days) and willingly finish as early as the job ends (also sometimes an unusual event with other firms). All in all, with a customer experience doing business with them that goes back to 2002, these are honest, good people to do business with. A move is stressful enough. Don't complicate it more than necessary.

Very positive moving experience…read more I am so happy we chose Just 4 You as our moving company. Would do it again in a heartbeat! The communication was timely and information was clear. All my questions, prior to committing, were easily answered. I could tell he had experience and was prepared to handle the move. He asked questions to help us better plan and to understand the cost involved. The estimate was delivered in writing and there were no surprises at the end. He called the morning of the move to confirm and showed up on time. What a hard-working, experienced team! Items were packed and boxes efficiently moved into the truck and carefully unloaded at the destination. Completely satisfied!

The movers who came to help - James and Dave - were SO amazing! They were incredibly respectful, treated all my items with respect, wore masks, and wrapped my most fragile goods. They even helped me drop some unwanted items at Goodwill. Not to mention they were FAST - totally worth every penny and took the headache away from moving, definitely went above and beyond. I was in a rush to move and didn't wrap some fragile things and nothing was broken, they were so careful - which I really appreciate! Excellent customer service - I'll be using Just4U for future moves!

Based on the amazing reviews, I was looking forward to hiring a small local business to move us…read more Unfortunately I was less than satisfied. We hired two movers with a truck for an 11 am arrival. We did not hear any confirmation until I reached out at 10 am. They said they wouldn't make it until noon. No biggy. Three men arrived in a U-Haul truck shortly after 12pm, with one making a comment about how he just woke up. I was surprised they sent out three, but know their contract states that they can if they feel its necessary. I was expecting professional, on time, careful, efficient movers based on reviews but received the bare minimum. They dropped several boxes and a small weight set, luckily nothing was broken. They also scratched our new stairway with our crib. Our home was 1 master bedroom with a decent sized nursery and a small office. We had everything boxed and ready to go for them, but they only arrived with one dolly, making the time it took to move things extremely prolonged. We expected the job to take roughly 5 hours, but when the movers arrived, one stated that the load up shouldn't take more than 3 hours! We were ecstatic. Unfortunately that was not the case, as it took them 6 hours, even adding another mover towards the end. I wish I could be empathetic, however the time they spent on their phones was problematic. We sent them home before they finished due to the time lingering on, and after complaining about their service, they asked us to cease communication and have threatened legal action, which we plan to take. They offered a small discount after arguing with my significant other, but told us it expires in four days. I wanted badly for my first experience hiring movers to be great, and I thought that the decent price and reviews were enough to earn my trust. I wish I hadn't. I'm sure many people have had great experiences, but the hostility towards us and the poor service we received makes me second guess the legitimacy of some of the reviews, especially after 10 years of business.

They were AMAZING while facilitating our move this summer. They were quick to respond, answered all of our questions, gave us a fair quote, showed up on time (early!), and were very friendly. Our movers were careful and efficient. We had 4 movers, but one of them got lost somehow on the way to our new house and we ended up with only 3 movers for most of the time. It was no big deal, they still finished under time and only charged us for the 3 movers instead of 4. The guys were respectful about taking their shoes off on carpet and being careful around walls / doors / corners. None of our belongings were damaged. The other amazing thing is they were able to reschedule our move last minute when both my husband and I came down with COVID 2 days before our move (and I was 30 weeks pregnant). We were extremely sick and I was panicking about trying to make the move happen, but luckily Mint had a time slot open up the following week and they changed our reservation, no problem. I was so incredibly grateful! I would hire Mint again in a heartbeat! And I have already recommended them to some friends. Great job, guys!

This company quoted my husband 1 price and then when I called to schedule (just a few months later…read more- our piano move was contingent upon a sale of a house) they increased the quote. They claimed they didn't know about the stairs or location when they quoted my husband (there were 5 stairs) and they did, my husband provided that information. We had no idication there would be a price increase in the quote if we waited. My husband made it clear we were not looking for the piano to be moved right away. Be warned, they mentioned their prices fluctuate through out the year. So apparently you have to keep getting quotes regularly in order to get an accurate idea of cost. It's strange to me they would site the price increase because, their "prices flucatuate throughout the year" for the first reason for the change in quote and then tell me it was also becuase of the amount of the stairs and location (even though they had that information to begin with). The communication/customer service I received via text message was extremely poor. When someone is moving a piano and will be working with my parents, customer service is key. I can't afford to gamble with their level of service, especially if my first interatctions were below reasonable standards. A company that can't take accountablity for their quote process and places the blame back on the customer makes no sense to me.

I significantly underestimated the amount of time our move would take. The move took over 10 hours and filled 3 trucks! The team of 4 guys who came out were on time, very polite and worked their butts off the whole day. I only saw them take one break the whole day! One of the guys told me he thought a mirror may have cracked, despite being wrapped carefully. He was very apologetic. I told him stuff happens. I saw them being very careful with all of our items. The mirror was a bummer, but could have happened to anyone. The owner had indicated he would give me a discount when we had first talked. However, there was not a discount at the end. I emailed the owner the next day and asked about the discount. He got back to me right away and said he would look into it. Frankly, that very minor issue does not change my review or opinion about this moving company. If we had to move again tomorrow (God forbid!) I would call these guys again.
