When we arrived, the place felt relaxed! The whole family was there to welcome us and make Ollie, my dog, feel right at home. We used to take him to Petco, and although the grooming was great, the environment was not conducive to Ollie's anxieties. He has been getting groomed since he was a puppy and we seem to have issues with his ears and feet getting groomer! Today, however, he did wonderfully and came out looking and feeling amazing! My dog loved Ruben!!! We will 100% be going back! I have a…read morethree legged pup, so I've experienced a few groomers turning us away due to my dog not being able to stand while being bathed. I asked Ruben if it would be any problem and he said not at all! We were able to get an appointment for the very next day:) My dog has always struggled with new men being around him, and when we dropped him off to be groomed, I have to admit, I was nervous based off of his initial reaction to his new surroundings. When it came time to pick him up, he had a literal smile on his face, tail wagging, and was acting like he was at home. This is the first completely good experience I've had with a groomer in all my 6 years of owning a dog as an adult.

Then took my other dog which they said would be a few hours ( typical for my pups they're husky and a husky/Shepard mix) by hour 3 I was calling and asking when will my mix pup be done who btw is a senior with hip problems ( which I mentioned) another hour... lucky for them he is very even tempered and very low maintenance, doesn't make much fuss which is why I feel it took a ridiculous amount of time and when I picked him up still very very damp and then they said he might be sore from being propped... so giving it one last shot TODAY I dropped off by husky at 10am they then said we are short staffed ( so reschedule people) it "could" possibly be 5 hrs Thinking seriously... Hour 4 called another hour...hour 5 called they said another 1/2 hour by that time I was already driving there as in screw this is ridiculous a dog at a groomer for 51/2 hours Walked in asked for my pup 10 minutes later... now we're going into hour 6.. oh we need to wash his feet He had an accident wtheck I then asked after being here over 5 hours do you take them out to go to the bathroom? She said they did well... Why is my pup crapping himself and have on his paws?!? They now need to rewash his paws that now adding another 10 minutes ans of course he's like let's gooooooo I take him outside before we get into car I let him go to the bathroom He LITERALLY peed for 5 minutes.. no joke!!! I'm thinking you actually don't take them Out to go pee and WHY?!? Is this some kind of factory assembly line WHY does it take a dog 51/2 hours to get groomed?!?!?! Then I put him in the car he drank a bowl and a half of water... a large bowl I say abuse in the highest form... APPALLING!! I will never EVER bring my pups there and anyone who does is crazy!! I've had my pups groomed since I got them When they were puppies they are both now 9 and it's NEVER taken this amount of time to have them taken care of and not even quality grooming and btw when he got in the car I was petting him ( some comfort after all that crap) no pun intended and hair was coming off him like crazy in my hands... after 6 hrs he should have been flawless!! You honestly need to change how you manage you pup Intake have A groomer take care of a pup till completion!! Maybe try and not multitask several pups to one person at the same time. I was truly hoping this was our spot but never will go here again !! EVER!!!

She has a very consistent reputation of not communicating with the customers and is rarely on site.
