I brought my two bichons here for grooming. Because of matting, they were shaved very close, which…read moreI understand can be necessary. Unfortunately, one of them came home with multiple areas of clipper burn and scabbing on his ears, head, and neck. Most healed, but one neck wound later reopened and became a bleeding sore. When I contacted the groomer and sent photos, I was disappointed by the response. Rather than expressing concern or offering any resolution, I was blamed for the matting, told 'what do you want me to do? I'm a groomer.' reminded that I signed a waiver, and told to stop texting. There was no apology, no offer to examine my dogs, and no concern for his condition. My concern isn't the necessary shave. It's the multiple clipper injuries and how my concerns were handled afterward. Based on this experience, I'll not be returning.

Amazing service from Royal Paws Mobile Pet Groomers!…read moreScheduling was easy, and they arrived right on time. They did a fantastic job with my Golden Retriever and my anxious English Bulldog -- even managed to bathe, clip, and trim nails for both (a huge win for my Bulldog!). Prices are very reasonable, and I loved the convenience of being able to cook dinner and get things done at home while the dogs were groomed. Highly recommend!

I really love and appreciate the multiple astroturf areas that are both inside and outside (helps greatly with our dog's contact dermatitis to grass, as well as a little extra cushioning for her arthritis). Prices are very fair and there is also a groomer onsite too. If you're looking for a boarding or daycare facility for your family pet member(s), I definitely recommend Barks and Recreation. Charging $65 for a tiny dog and they did a horrible job. My other dog the grooming was fine. So I feel sure the girl that was supposed to be doing both their grooming only did the other one. There's no way she did my Yorkie. I've seen her work before when she cut him at another business and it was perfect. When I was trying to talk to Taylor about the cost she said, "well maybe we're just not a good fit for you." I told her there was at least three groomers in the area that I knew for a fact were not charging $65. That's when she said, "well I guess we're not a good fit for you" and I said, "no you are not." So utterly disappointed and angry.

Customer service can be VERY lacking in the store. I've gone in before, on several occasions, looking for fish, and despite many employees in the store hanging around 'yapping' with each other, have not been approached and asked if I needed anything. Honestly, the only reason I would buy a fish here versus the local fish stores is that sometimes certain ones go on sale for $1, and if I need a lot of them for a tank, the price is too good to pass up. Otherwise, the selection and knowledge at the local fish stores is MUCH better.

When you walk in you see a little of everything. From clothing, shoes, guns, grills, plants and much more. I'm in here at least once a month for dog food. I really enjoy Tractor Supply this time of year…read more I needed my weekly supply of chicken and duck feed so I headed up to the TSC in Cleveland. This is my preferred TSC location as they aren't maskholes. I walked in, no mask, and was greeted with a smile, at least I think it was a smile. I headed straight back to the feed area and started loading up the bags I needed. To my surprise, I ran in to a buddy of mine that helped me decide on some winter feed. I had been buying layer feed every week and he suggested I switch over to some scratch grain for the winter, since my hens won't be laying much during the cold. As I was looking around, I began to notice the mix of feed from fowl to livestock with no clear line of demarcation. That's the only problem with TSC. Things tend to blend in. I also like shopping the herbicide and really wish they had more options available, similar to what our local CO-OP has. Either way, I really love our TSC in Cleveland. The people make the experience great. Thanks TSC!
