MVAH was recommended to me by a woman I met through a dog adoption group. I have been very happy with all the Vets my dog and cats have seen. Unfortunately, since moving here I have lost my dog (cancer) and two cats (one from cancer and one from old age (20). They are always helpful, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. They always do their best to fit me in when I have a pet emergency. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone who has four legged children. They spent 15 minutes at least, walking me through suggestions for both boys, looking at pictures that my vet recommended, and when I left, I knew we had a great plan and that the boys were in the best of hands! I had specified that I wanted behind her ears cut to avoid matting but to leave the fringe at the front of her ears. I then told them to cut down her stomach, chest, and butt enough to where she felt comfortable and it looked good, but not too much where it was too short with her double coat. When I had picked her up, her ears and the fringe had been completely cutt off and I automatically noticed how choppy her ears and her chest was. I got home and as she was walking in front of me, I notice that there is one part on her back leg shaved and the other side is not. I was shocked to say the least and disappointed with the end result of her haircut. I have pictures down below, one being a picture of her with her fringe and one after the haircut. The rest are pictures of the shaved spot and how choppy her ears were.

We received her still soaking wet, and her nails had been trimmed too far and she bled for around the next hour. When I called the business about the (lack of) services, the receptionist was dismissive, the groomer was defensive, and the manager offered a partial refund on only the Akita's groom, although all three weren't finished. That being said one of my boys does not do well with a pet sitter at home so I had to find a place for them when I move to Tennessee. I liked everywhere, read all the reviews and could not seem to find the right place. Two of my coworkers told me about Wolftever and I will always be so thankful to them. The staff is so kind and caring and not judgmental of the fact that my boys are a bit needed and can sometimes be dog reactive (both were attacked my dogs in the past before I had them). They have cameras in the rooms with them and anytime I check the room is clean, my boys are happy and many times I see the staff in the room living in my boys. I can't thank the staff enough for their love and kindness to my boys.

I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.
