My girlfriend's Laberdoodle on the other hand is a lot more work. Mayra is known as the best Doodle groomer around and for a good reason. My girlfriend has taken her Laberdoodle to 8 or 10 different groomers and we have always been disappointed with the results. Mayra has a special touch especially when it comes to Doodles. Every time she takes her Laberdoodle there the dog comes home looking better than the last time. She groomes her Laberdoodle the way that breed is supposed to look. She is amazing. Our dogs love to go for a ride in the truck. Every time the see that they are going to the Barking Lot they get super excited. Mayra and the whole staff treat our dogs like they are their's. When we go to pick them up they don't want to leave. That shows us how much the love and care for our fur babies. Whenever we go on a vacation, we always board our babies there. They take such excellent care of our girls. They have made new friends and old each time. They have so much fun playing with the other dogs that we think they would rather live there sometimes. If you are looking for an excellent place to groom and board your babies this is the place. We have been coming here for over 4 years now and we will never go anywhere else. I was pretty disappointed today. It started out great-my dog had a problem last night and we took…read moreher to River. They couldnt find the problem so I called Middle Valley (her vet) today and they told me we could bring her right in and drop her off to see Dr. Killian-perfect-that is who she always sees. Dr. Killian called me after he was able to see her and determined it was a back issue. He told me she would have to stay in a small Kennel for two weeks and it was imperative that she should stay in the kennel and only get out for a few steps to pee and poop. He suggested that I pick up a small kennel and have it ready when we picked her up. All good so far-I love Dr. Killian! When we picked her up we brought in two kennels to vet office to make sure we had the right size and was going to ask which size to use. We paid the vet bill-$800 and waited to be called to a room to further discuss and ask a few questions. Then a "vet tech" brought her to the WAITING AREA on a leash with her jumping up and down as she was excited to see us! I was shocked and so worried that she was going to damage herself further-that I really didn't even have words. He handed me two medications and told me once a day and twice a day-pain meds and then said Bye. Once my husband got the dog in the kennel and car I went back in to ask if any medication had already been given and any other information when should I give it-still shocked at how the dog had been brought out and very disappointed on how it all transpired. Very disappointed also, that we had not even been given a chance to ask any questions (just needed 5 minutes) to go over everything. Hubby was livid. We have been clients for a long time and have never experienced anything like this before and feel it should be addressed as I wish no one else to experience this, it was very disturbing and stressful.

I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.

Settle in. This is a long one. This actually makes me really sad and disappointed to write. We've…read moreused Pawright for 3 years with great service. We trusted them with our cats and our home. Laura and staff have always been communicative and mindful about who would be in our home. They always fed our cats, played with them, and texted pictures and updates when they left. This past weekend was so strange and such a different experience. We asked and had an agreement for a Friday evening and Saturday morning feeding. They've always had time slots (within 3-4 hours) in which they would visit. Friday evening, we are out of town and our motion detector on our camera notifies us. I check the camera and first I see a strange man sitting on our couch - someone we've never met. After a few seconds, I see Laura feeding our cats in the kitchen. That brings a bit of relief, but who is the man? He now knows where we keep our key. She also came a bit early, but we could look past that. Also, they left and didn't text us to update us on the cats. No communication that evening. On Saturday morning, we are out of town and we are waiting on the motion detector to go off or a text from Laura. Nothing. Around 10:30 est (their cut-off for morning feedings was always 11 am), I text her and ask if she's been there. After a while, she just texts "Not yet." No explanation. We wait and wait and start to worry, so we leave without going to our friend's event on Saturday. At this point, it's around 12:30 (afternoon... not morning). Still haven't heard anything. Text her, and she says she got caught up at another visit and she's on her way then. We're about an hour out. I say go ahead and feed (since we've paid for it/left a check). No text back. We get home before she got there, but she never got there. After I fed the cats, I tell her we're home so there's no need for her to come at this point. The cats are fine, but we do have a cat with digestive and kidney issues that needs his meds and to be fed within a reasonable time frame. All together, they went 22 hours without food or check-in. Also, we paid her for both an evening and morning visit. She said she was on her way, but it doesn't take an hour to get to our home. Oh, and there hasn't been any communication since, even though I've emailed her. She cashed the check, though. I'm very disappointed in this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL service. It's so strange and weird. I will no longer be using Pawright and will no longer recommend them.

He hadn't been groomed in several weeks and the last person that tried couldn't handle all six pounds of killer animal. They did a fantastic job with my Golden Retriever and my anxious English Bulldog -- even managed to bathe, clip, and trim nails for both (a huge win for my Bulldog!). Prices are very reasonable, and I loved the convenience of being able to cook dinner and get things done at home while the dogs were groomed. Highly recommend!
