I really love this vet clinic and I'm so happy to have found a place that treats my pup with as…read moremuch love as I do! The staff is always friendly and efficient and they genuinely care for your pet. I have never brought my doggie in for a annual exam in yet but I've stop in multiple times for medication refills, to update her records and most recently a exam looking to solve a skin issue she was suffering from. I've never come across anyone here who doesn't care for your little one, from the ladies at the desk all the way up to the veterinarian, they are friendly, focused and helpful. Of course they are knowledgeable and they help you to understand your pet and make the right decision to keep they happy and healthy. They keep in mind pricing from a customers point of view and don't try to upsale you on unnecessary products like I've experienced at other vet clinics. Pet care can be insanely expensive, but this place tries to make it easy on you while still making your fur baby's health a priority.

I have been going here for 7+ years..... I started going to this vet because they were a "mom and…read morepop" outfit and they actually cared for the animals ....not like the big box corp places. They really did a great job for us all that time.... until we fostered and adopted an elderly (13yr old) dog from McKamey. We spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars on lab tests to confirm what McKamey already had diagnosed was in the records .... Dog had an ear infection. RedBank could not figure out how to treat it, so they recommended a specialist for treatment (shocker another VCA business). They wanted to remove the ear canal of a 13 year old dog for $5K! The known side effects are defenses or death!! It seemed like a lot to put an old dog through. For some reason RedBank wanted to cash in on this poor ole buddy instead of helping him. Red Bank has SOLD OUT!!!!!! Yepp VCA owns them now, that explains all the nickel and dime redundant tests and services they push and charge you for for without approval. The once caring owner cashed out (good for him). Only wish he would have made an announcement and told all his customers and patients that billable services now come first. I went for a second opinion at Lighthouse Veterinary Allergy & Dermatology. They prescribed and mixed an ear drop that fixed it without surgery!!!) Thank you Light House for being honest, talented and caring!!! Bottom line if you love your animal and really want the best "non money" motivated care for them .... REDBANK is not the clinic for you anymore. Very sad what RedBank Animal Clinic has become. I once trusted you .

I'm so impressed. I've had my pup groomed at 3 different places; this will make my 4th. I've never…read morehad an exceptionally bad experience at any groomer, but this one takes the cake. I unfortunately didn't snag my groomer's name, but I think the cashier gave my tip to an Anna, perhaps. Anyway, my Pekingese Yorkie geezer (13 years old), walked out looking like a spry young guy. Normally when I drop him off at a groomer, he's shaking and terrified because it smells like other pups and there's tons of barking (as usual, of course). Here, I booked a Saturday appointment at 8:30 AM. It was quiet, there were only two other dogs on the grooming table. Yugi wasn't scared when I dropped him off and wasn't nervous or shaking when I picked him up. My bath and trim was $37; nail grind (different than the nail clip included in the trim) $15; and the cashier just happily scanned a 20% off coupon for me. I'll definitely be back.

Some old lady employee named Kristy was as rude as could be because I stopped in a few minutes…read morebefore they closed. Honestly she kinda seemed drunk too. I went back a day later to have more time and another employee was actually nice & said she was bipolar or something. But I guess she's in charge, which sucks because I just moved to Signal Mountain and could really use a pet shop that close on the reg, especially for grooming (I have a pet training business)...but I'll be avoiding that Kristy lady as long as she's there. I'd hate to have to tell all my customers to avoid PetSense because of her.
