He's an English Bulldog and you have to wipe them after the bathroom. They aren't that involved here. They also don't keep their collars, they make you take them and they use those slip knot lanyards for walks & moving around the kennel. Here comes my problem. Our 2 dogs stay w/ each other. NEVER APART! And I explained this, they both get extreme anxiety when separated. Well, to clean their stall (which tells me they don't watch them on a regular, or they wouldn't use the bathroom in it) They had to be separated in 2 separate areas (also against what I told them, and makes no sense). The Bulldog will not go in a small crate or pen and will put up a fight if pushed or pulled which is why I suggested they keep his collar for that, not on him! But to move him! He NEVER had a collar sensitivity issue ever before! Ever since they stay there, he becomes aggressive, growls, barks & has bitten me & his dad anytime we attempt to put his own collar on him. I can only assume that they used that slip knot lanyard on him, choking him, and now he is scared to death of anything around his neck. He was well trained as he is 2.5yrs old not a puppy. Now 4.5 months later I still get bit attempting to put his collar on & attaching a leash to him. He is making progress of being retrained w/ a leash & collar. They also asked for pics while away (I signed the box to be sent them) Never got 1 pic, and they come w/ a complimentary bath after a # of stays...but the day I picked them up they said they couldn't give them a bath because they were booked already. I asked to bring them back for a bath & they said I would have to pay.

I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.

This breed is incredibly large, but it doesn't phase the staff in the least. While a little more expensive than some of the other local groomers I have used over the years, I am confident that my pets have been well treated and the staff does a great job, not an easy undertaking. The new facility is gorgeous, particularly noticeable is the additional room they now have for boarding, something I will now consider given the more expansive space. The staff has always been friendly, engaging and kind to my pets, now with the new facility, it's time to consider the additional services.

Left my 2 dogs with them for Thanksgiving weekend 2018 (Wednesday night through Saturday…read moreafternoon). Both dogs are female, and as girls occasionally do they'll have a fight a couple of times a year for dominance. For this reason, we've always made sure the kennel places them in separate "runs". We usually board at a different kennel, but chose this one since they were the only one locally with availability for the weekend. When my wife dropped them off on Wednesday night, the girl who took them in WAS TOLD 3 TIMES to make sure they were separated. This did not happen. When I picked the dogs up on Saturday at 4:30 p.m., the smaller dog had a 1 inch long, 1/2 inch deep bleeding laceration below her left eye. The person who helped bring the dogs to the car did not mention this injury, and I only noticed it while in the car on the way home. I immediately took her to Animal Clinic East on Gunbarrel Road, who determined she needed stitches. Animal Clinic East is my usual boarding facility, and they were shocked that this kennel did not contact me about the injury. Moreover, Animal Clinic East called me 2 weeks ago because one of my dogs being boarded there fluffed her dog bed too much while trying to get comfortable and the stuffing came out. I found that call to be a bit of overkill, but to not be contacted by this particular kennel for an injury of this magnitude is outrageous. I intend to present them with the bill that I will receive from Animal Clinic East. There may be additional actions taken regarding their licensing as well. I'd NEVER recommend their "services" to anyone who loves their pet... Just got her back home. A $778.00 bill from the vet. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR PET!!!! It's not about the money, it's about being a good caretaker. I will do everything I can to put this place out of business even if it bankrupts me... I was early, and they did go ahead and put me in a room with my pet. Problem is it was a 1/2 hour past my appointment time, and I finally left the room and my pet to confirm my appt. I told them I'd wait another 15 mins (would have been 45 mins past my appt time). So, the front desk clerk (technician?) apparently went to the only doctor working that day, and the doctor said it's going to be more than 45 mins (past my appt time) -- maybe longer before I would get seen. Mind you, I arrived early and all my paperwork was complete. I told the tech that I'd go ahead and leave. They said, "Well, yes, we can make you another appointment." I said, "No, I won't be coming back here." I spent all that time doing the paperwork and packing my pet up to go to the appointment, and that's it. How would you feel if this happened to you? OK, I get it, you may have only one doctor there that day; however, you are all about texting/phoning the client, so, why didn't you give me text/call letting me know the situation (they had no shortage of people up front), and I could have rescheduled without having to go to the appointment, to only sit there all that time. My pet was in the carrier the whole time, and was more concerned about it than my time. There was no engagement with the techs up front. I had to do all the engaging and asking questions. Noone ever came to check up on me or anything until I started engaging with them (being proactive) 30 minutes into my wait. I will hopefully find a good, engaging, economical veterinarian for my pet, in the Chattanooga area. I will use Yelp to help me find the best that my pet deserves. I'm being generous giving two stars on this one.

When I let them know the dog ran away they informed me I would still need to pay over $1000 for services they never rendered because I signed a contract. I have now been stuck paying a $70 fee to them every month for months. They will not stop charging me or refund my money.

I will never forget their kindness and compassion they showed us and Remi. A week or so later we received a gift that we treasure and had framed.
