Our newest addition had a rough start at life and he just doesn't do well with other dogs or people yet and then our little girl was always so depressed and had such separation anxiety. When I found out about Nick+Mel's I knew right away this was the solution for us and our fur babies. Nick and Melinda come to our house and stay there so that our babies routine is never interrupted and they hardly even notice we are gone. They get to play in their yard at their house and they get to sleep inside in their beds at night. Nothing makes this fur mama's heart happier than my pups being well taken care of while we are away. Nick and Melinda do such a wonderful job and they do things the way we want them done. They are very professional and leave the house cleaner than how they found it. We get pictures and updates while we are away so we never have to worry. They washed our bedding and made sure everything was nice and comfortable for us for our arrival back home. My girlfriend's Laberdoodle on the other hand is a lot more work. Mayra is known as the best Doodle groomer around and for a good reason. My girlfriend has taken her Laberdoodle to 8 or 10 different groomers and we have always been disappointed with the results. Mayra has a special touch especially when it comes to Doodles. Every time she takes her Laberdoodle there the dog comes home looking better than the last time. She groomes her Laberdoodle the way that breed is supposed to look. She is amazing. Our dogs love to go for a ride in the truck. Every time the see that they are going to the Barking Lot they get super excited. Mayra and the whole staff treat our dogs like they are their's. When we go to pick them up they don't want to leave. That shows us how much the love and care for our fur babies. Whenever we go on a vacation, we always board our babies there. MVAH was recommended to me by a woman I met through a dog adoption group. I have been very happy with all the Vets my dog and cats have seen. Unfortunately, since moving here I have lost my dog (cancer) and two cats (one from cancer and one from old age (20). They are always helpful, very knowledgeable, and compassionate. They always do their best to fit me in when I have a pet emergency. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone who has four legged children. I really appreciate the time they take to explain things to me and to answer my questions too!
