If you're coming for cat products, you have some options, but not as much compared to the big chain stores. They even have a dog wash station! The self wash stations are available by appointment and also on a first come, first serve basis. The stations close at 6 pm Monday through Saturday and close at 4 pm on Sundays. Wash and dry time is limited to 30 minutes total per dog and costs about $15 per dog. Add on's (de-shed, for example) are available too. A rewards program is also offered in which you can obtain points and use them for a discount when a certain threshold in reached. Also, check their website for monthly promos, too! Lastly, we were also told they have two sister stores as well: Play Wash Pint (barks and brews) and Play Wash Stay (boarding and daycare). We look forward to checking out each one. So naturally, she brought her dog with her and needed to find a place for her while we went to the ceremony. They had found them online and were gonna drop her off before and pick her up after lunch. Leave it to us to be running late, so we dropped her off in a hurry, signed papers and left. They picked her up while we waited for our food since they closed at 5. I was impressed with everything I heard when I asked about her. Since princess is spoiled, she has anxiety and isn't normally around other dogs. They were worried about how she'd act while there. Upon picking her up, my mother was informed they have cameras on site where you can log in online and watch your dog while you're away. Whattttttt Secondly, they gave her a report card on her stay. Shut the front door; I was sold. She also got a goodie bag I'm blown away at the attentiveness and detail. Dogs are not just pets; they're family.

As a tiny Italian Greyhound, I mostly supervised from a safe distance, but the big dogs seemed to love it. For the humans, there are plenty of benches and seating areas throughout the park. You can grab a pint, relax, and watch the dogs play instead of standing around a typical dog park. They also offer treats, toys, and other dog goodies if your human feels like spoiling you. I'm also just confused? For the first few visits I had staff reassuring me that my dog was fine and he's not breaking any rules. Then it's like a switch flipped, particularly with one staff member, who asks me to seclude my dog or leash him every single time I come at this point. I watch my dog and would already put him in a leashed time out to calm down if necessary and I've done it before without being asked to. My dog is two years old. So he still has learning to do and I'm working on that with him. But I'd really love for the staff to show me a video of the allegations that my dog is biting other dogs or grabbing them by their ears. Because it would be a crazy thing for him to only have this behavior at this particular bar and nowhere else. I think it's crazy though when other dogs lock into my dog and play right with him, my dog is still the problem and needs to be isolated. I wish I could say that I was just being a pick me and wanting things done my way, but I absolutely wouldn't even bring my dog here if he had any sort of dominance or behavioral issues. My dog was attacked twice by a dog at this bar, and the aggressor dog went on to attack another dog before the lady who owned him decided to leave. But again, my dog is a problem right? I think this bar caters to the apartment complex and friends of the people who work there/own the joint. If I do decide to come back here it will probably be to join a friend, but I don't know that I'd want to come back here on my own accord.

I have been bringing my Pomeranian to Groomingdales for over a year. She has to be groomed every…read morefive weeks, so I leave her in Groomingdales's care fairly often. They are always prompt, polite, and professional. I have never seen any of the staff speak to or handle a dog with anything but kindness. My Pomeranian always comes home looking great, smelling good, and in a cheerful attitude. She has never shown any signs of stress or fear after her visits. The staff always gives me an update on how she did, they have educated me to better care for her coat, and they have never done anything I didn't ask for. If they were unable or uncomfortable with doing something, the groomers always consulted with me on what I wanted and what they felt best, so we have never had any surprises when picking her up. You can rest easy while your pet is at Groomingdales, knowing they are being treated and cared for by loving and knowledgeable staff. If you're making your first appointment, you may have a wait, but it is worth it to get onto their schedule. I'd recommend calling a week or two in advance of when you think your pup needs to be groomed. We just schedule our next appointment when we are checking out and have never had a problem with appointments.

I was a little taken aback however when she commented on my mother's home and made a some specific and hurtful remarks when she came in. Telling me (not asking) me to leave the dogs outside as she began to try to coax the cat out of hiding. I thought this odd again. A cat hiding when 2 strangers and 4 dogs come in the house I didn't think was unusual. Dianne began entering every room of the house and opening every door which to me was a slight violation of privacy. So, here we are 5 minutes into meeting for the first time, she has insulted my mother, bossed me around like her personal assistant and explored every room uninvited of my mothers home. The thought crossed my mind at this point to shake her hand and find someone else. I wish I had but I needed help, I was going to have to leave the next day and didn't have a backup plan. I have to say I was pleased with what she offered for the price (a little higher than the website quoted). She was to check the mail and take around the trash etc.. a nice touch I thought. As far as I know, Dianne completed the visits as we arranged. My mother returned home 2 days later. Again to her credit, Dianne did go over early and delivered her key so my mother could get in. I received a call from Dianne when she arrived and immediately her tone with me was harsh and judgmental. I was asked if I had talked to my mother. My response, yes...? I didn't understand the question but it was obvious soon enough that she was interrogating me about my mothers healthcare and my role in it. Without going into personal details, I can assure you it was completely inappropriate and once again judgmental of myself and my mother. Up until this point I had entertained the option of having her look in on the pets again while my mother completely recovered. I couldn't bear it though, I let Dianne know I felt offended and felt she had personally insulted my family multiple times. Her response was a veiled passive-aggressive apology. The job got done for an ok price but I was surprised someone in business for themselves in a field like this behaved in such a way. I have hired pet sitters for my own pets at home and haven't had any issues. As much as of basic service a pet sitter seems to be providing, its actually very important. Not only are you trusting someone with your little family members, they get to come in your home and are entrusted with many personal details of your life.
