Dr. Killian called me after he was able to see her and determined it was a back issue. He told me she would have to stay in a small Kennel for two weeks and it was imperative that she should stay in the kennel and only get out for a few steps to pee and poop. He suggested that I pick up a small kennel and have it ready when we picked her up. All good so far-I love Dr. Killian! When we picked her up we brought in two kennels to vet office to make sure we had the right size and was going to ask which size to use. We paid the vet bill-$800 and waited to be called to a room to further discuss and ask a few questions. Then a "vet tech" brought her to the WAITING AREA on a leash with her jumping up and down as she was excited to see us! I was shocked and so worried that she was going to damage herself further-that I really didn't even have words. He handed me two medications and told me once a day and twice a day-pain meds and then said Bye. Once my husband got the dog in the kennel and car I went back in to ask if any medication had already been given and any other information when should I give it-still shocked at how the dog had been brought out and very disappointed on how it all transpired. Very disappointed also, that we had not even been given a chance to ask any questions (just needed 5 minutes) to go over everything. Hubby was livid. We have been clients for a long time and have never experienced anything like this before and feel it should be addressed as I wish no one else to experience this, it was very disturbing and stressful.

Despite how ill he was, she declined to provide any medication and instead focused on recommending additional products. She also told me that our second cat would likely become sick as well, which added even more stress. Over the next couple of days, my cat's condition worsened, so I took him to another veterinarian. They immediately diagnosed the issue and prescribed antibiotics, which he clearly needed. A couple of days later, our second cat also became sick and required antibiotics from the same vet. This second veterinarian even called twice to check on both of them--something I really appreciated. In comparison, I never received any follow-up from Dr. Ramirez. Based on my experience, I did not feel that my pets received the care or attention they needed. I feel i wasted $160.00 on someone who leaned on the wall to say you are not going to like what i am going to say, before she ever touched my cat. She cares more about the money!

One of the highest turnover rates too means you no longer can get anyone that can truly and properly help you. Do not waste your time or money on this corporate vet chain, especially this location.

I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.
