This company has been awful to deal with!! Be careful giving them your credit card info. They keep…read moreit on file and will charge you for unauthorized charges!!!! I recently was having an issue with our fence. The lady on the phone said they could have someone come out and look at it. I specifically asked if there was charge for this service as most of the time there is an additional charge. She told me no! The guy came out and was very helpful. He never gave an invoice or had has sign for anything. Then I get my credit card statement to find a charge of 114.00 on it. When I called to ask what the charge was for they told me it was for the service call. I explained the situation to the lady and she told me " well there is always a charge for service calls". She treated me like I was stupid for not knowing this! When I asked to see an invoice for this service call they are yet to produce one! What really makes me the most mad is that they kept my credit card information on file from ordering the battery package and charged my credit card without my authorization!!

I called to speak to Dr. Dickinson about the fur baby he had taken care of since birth. I got the same hateful young person that called me back. You see my baby has mouth cancer and I wanted to speak to "him". She told me MY 4 fur babies were no longer welcome there. Those of you who just love this place need to take a better look at the front staff (maybe not all, just one). Dr. D apparently has been kept in the dark about some of the problems occurring with her smart little mouth. Guess it will just keep occurring. When you have a sick animal, you have to get them ready, put them in the car, drive to facility and wait. She (front desk person) doesn't care about animals only her pay check and how she thinks she can over speak the client.
