I only went to Savannah, GA and drove as fast as I could to the kennel. Sign said no pickup until after 3pm. I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.

This breed is incredibly large, but it doesn't phase the staff in the least. While a little more expensive than some of the other local groomers I have used over the years, I am confident that my pets have been well treated and the staff does a great job, not an easy undertaking. The new facility is gorgeous, particularly noticeable is the additional room they now have for boarding, something I will now consider given the more expansive space. The staff has always been friendly, engaging and kind to my pets, now with the new facility, it's time to consider the additional services.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell that the place is not taken care of. Things are falling apart, broken. Also it has an overwhelming stench of urine. I understand when you have an establishment filled with animals, there will be accidents but this was brought to another level. The dog kennels are small and dark, and the outside area allows for almost no room to move except just to pace. I inquired about scheduled play times with other dogs in which I was told there were none. You do have the option to pay an additional fee for someone to play with your dog one-on-one only once a day. It was very upsetting just thinking of bringing my dog here.

As I type this at 12:30 AM, all I can hear is the sound of those poor dogs barking almost all night, starting around 9 or 10 PM and lasting until about 5 AM. They separated our dogs at one point, which made our Vishlas anxiety go up the roof because they are Velcro dogs, she's a Velcro to her brother River. Anywho, I called them to let them know I wasn't impressed. After getting hung up twice then placed on hold for a total of 17 minutes, the lady just said OK and hung up after I let her know our animals will no longer be attending. After spending probably 25k over the past 2-3 years.. one were to assume that regulars are treated a bit better. I miss the old staff

My girlfriend's Laberdoodle on the other hand is a lot more work. Mayra is known as the best Doodle groomer around and for a good reason. My girlfriend has taken her Laberdoodle to 8 or 10 different groomers and we have always been disappointed with the results. Mayra has a special touch especially when it comes to Doodles. Every time she takes her Laberdoodle there the dog comes home looking better than the last time. She groomes her Laberdoodle the way that breed is supposed to look. She is amazing. Our dogs love to go for a ride in the truck. Every time the see that they are going to the Barking Lot they get super excited. Mayra and the whole staff treat our dogs like they are their's. When we go to pick them up they don't want to leave. That shows us how much the love and care for our fur babies. Whenever we go on a vacation, we always board our babies there. They take such excellent care of our girls. They have made new friends and old each time. They have so much fun playing with the other dogs that we think they would rather live there sometimes. If you are looking for an excellent place to groom and board your babies this is the place. We have been coming here for over 4 years now and we will never go anywhere else. I just want to thank Mayra and her staff for taking such amazing care of our girls.
