I've worked with the Tub Guy (Andres) on a few projects, and I still stand by my Five Star review!!…read moreIn fact, I'd like to add another reason for it: Andres honors his warranty. If you're currently trying to choose the right refinishing company, ask about their warranty. How long it lasts? What's covered? Take the time to read reviews and see if that company actually stands behind it. Andres explains all of that upfront, in writing, but more importantly, he follows through when you need it, without having to chase him down. That level of service is rare. Between the quality of his refinishing work, respectful of my property, showing up on time, and his commitment to standing behind it, he's earned my trust. 100% would not hire anyone else. Knowing he'll be there again for my next project makes the investment completely worth it. TIP: The Tub Guy offers free estimates. You've nothing to lose to reach out and get one.

Cornerstone Restorations is "the Company" for restorations & really got me out of a jam…read more To simplify my predicament, I used a heavy scrounge pad to remove something sticky I missed when cleaning up the night before. Wrong thing to use on Stainless Steel, as it scratched the surface unmercifully. Plus the scratches were glaring back at me when the light rested on them at the top of the double sink where there is a wide rest between the two sides. Buffing with several liquids did nothing but brighten up the scratched area. Our contractor put Cornerstone Restorations in contact with me and the resulting repair was like brand new. No streaks, no scratches and my name isn't mud anymore. We learned to ask about what to use and not to use on newer materials and have "Cornerstone Restorations" (469) 569-6899 now on speed dial! I was quoted a price for stripping old finish off and buffing/polishing the tub back to life. Unfortunately, when it was stripped it exposed some pitting, staining and low places that could not be buffed out. I was extremely pleased with his patient explanations and his over the top effort to save me money and still provide me with his unique refinishing process. This maybe be my first ever review in yelp but sometimes the job done by the company compels you to…read morereview them so others customers can benefits from such reviews. I found that many carpet cleaners are like cable companies who first promise a low low bill and then as soon as they are in your home they will come up with the bullshit that level 1 cleaning, level 2 cleaning, extra $$ because your particular stain is very difficult to get rid of etc, etc run away from such companies! This company did an awesome job. They gave me an upfront price and told me exactly what they will do. The carpet looks fresh, almost new and nobody could have done the better job! I would highly recommend them! I had two other carpet company come to my home to do the cleaning and immediately after looking at the carpet they backtrack their price promise and started doubling or tripling the quote. Some companies even refuse to give an upfront pricing! I did not know finding a good carpet cleaner was that hard. If you don't want to get ripped off by the shady carpet cleaning companies, hire this company. If someone refuses to give you an upfront pricing based on your description of the job, run as fast as you can from that company. If someone starts saying XXX $$ additional because your carpet looks way more filthy then we thought, show them the door! This company did not do any of those tactic. They came to my rental property, cleaned the carpet and left. I later got a phone call to collect the payment where they told me that the job was difficult because there was dog poop, urine, odor and lot of mess that was taken care of. The technician worked really hard to get rid of it all. I ended up paying 60% more than the original quote. I was not forced to pay it but I was just suggested that the fair price was that and I agreed to pay. Conclusion: They did an awesome job and very good price! My carpet is back to almost new!
