Repairs required lacing in new flooring for several holes that were cut previously to install foundation support and several areas of buckled flooring. The joinery to lace in the new pieces to the existing floor is so perfect that the joints defy identifying where new meets old. They worked quickly and efficiently for about 2 days, exactly on time as agreed. They removed all the debris and vacuumed all areas when done. The cost was considerable, but for the skill and quality of the work, and professionally meeting high expectations, the value received was worth every penny. David Youngblood was excellent in communicating with us and explaining as needed. If we ever need any such future work Youngblood's will be who we call.

The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors.
