A framed Tommy Lasorda jersey, which was mounted by BCF, had fallen off the wall of my office and was severely damaged. I took the destroyed framed jersey back to BCF and they replaced the frame and remounted the jersey in 24 hrs. It looks perfect! And they did all this work with NO CHARGE to me!! The shop is very clean and beautifully laid out with a gorgeous antique Baldwin piano in the front, all set up for recitals. Fundraisers for worthy causes are held in that space. Dropped off a print to be framed, started off great with friendly service and a simple frame order. Was told it would take 10 days. I called back after 10 days, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. Each time they said they were working on it, had no update, and that they would call me when its done. I found this place from Yelp and it's definitely a case gone bad. None of the expectations were met. 2-3 weeks became 2 months without any update from their end. They changed the frame from what I chose without my consent or any communication. I found out they used different frame when I went to pick them up. After 3 months in my wall, one of the frame is falling apart. I picked this place because of high reviews and most affordable price. But at the end, I paid approximately $850 for the job that's falling apart. read more

Well what can I say..... I was coming here before this master took over from the previous owner. I'm a very particular person with particular taste. I've had 3 family heirlooms that to me are priceless. One of which is an original photograph of my great grandfather circa San Francisco 1918. I've had this tucked away since 1995 and thought who better than Armando. I love to come in with ideas but just as well I love to hear Armandos expert opinion. He takes my ideas and only makes them better . His customer service, class and etiquette are hands down above anyone else. They all were handmade and consistent with each other.
