I also learned that the diagnostic codes showed they had previously been frozen, which raised serious concerns for me about whether these issues existed before the truck was sold. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel let down by the quality of the vehicle I purchased. After going through the initial financing process my credit union informed they wouldn't be able to proceed without the title. Chris had warned me that this might be the case, but promised that'd he'd hold the car for me until the title had been transfered. He kept me posted with regular status updates, had the car registered and serviced, threw on a new set of tires, and when the title arrived and the financing was finalized, he delivered my new Scion xB to me in the Bay Area, over 3 hours away. Along the way the windshield was chipped. He pointed it out first thing and offered to pay for the replacement. Had Chris not pointed out the chip, I probably wouldn't have even noticed at first. That's just the kind of guy he is. Through circumstances out of our control, the process of buying this vehicle was a bit of a winding road. Very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used F-150 from Will Tiesiera Ford…read more The truck had a known radio/audio system issue, and I was told multiple times over about a week that someone would call me with updates and explain what needed to happen next. That did not happen. I had to keep calling them myself just to get basic information. I later spoke with Chris in sales, who was rude and told me they still could not figure out the issue. I was also told there would be no discount, even though the audio system was not working. After that, I was told by the GM directly that the deal we had discussed at about $31,600 out the door was now void, and the new price was around $34,000. His reason was that I "lagged" and did not jump on the deal, even though I was never clearly told the truck had been fixed. The whole reason I was waiting was because the truck had a known issue and I was waiting on the dealership to follow through. They wanted me to come in person to talk about the deal, but at that point it felt like I would have to go in and beg them to honor a number that had already been discussed, after their own lack of communication caused the delay. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, rude sales experience, and then raising the price after the issue was supposedly resolved made this one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have had. I would not recommend shopping here.

I wanted to give a shout out to Auto Natix after they really came through for me. Auto Natix is…read moreprimarily a used car dealership. However, I used their services as a U-Haul drop off point. I returned my u-haul truck there after I moved to Visalia from San Francisco. I arrived with my truck a couple of minutes before they opened. I was only waiting for the gates to open for about 10 minutes. But the guys who run the place were apologetic. They took it upon themselves to extend my return time on the u-haul so that I wouldn't be charged for an extra day. Technically, the u-haul was supposed to be returned by 7:30am. However, that wasn't possible because Auto Natix didn't even open until 10:00am. Also, one of the guys gave me a ride back to my house. I didn't have a ride home. Public transportation would have taken over an hour, but it was a 10 minute car ride. So getting a ride saved me a bunch of time. During the ride the young man was telling me that Auto Natix is a recently acquired, family run business. They are in the process of sprucing up the place. So don't let the current rough look of it fool you. Also, the family already owns some successful dealerships in the Fresno area. If I were in the market for a used car I would definitely check them out.

They have blowers and vacuums after the wash. The monthly plan is pretty nice and most of the competition is doing the same. I enjoy the ease of this place in availability as they seem to be popping up all over the Central Valley. Being able to just drive thru and get my car washed at any location is extremely nice. The vacuum and blowers are just a great way to really get that cleaning of your car done more efficiently too. I do wish there was some option to do a more thorough cleaning with like a pay to use shampooing stall or something. If they had an option to get a deeper clean done that would be a great addition to this wonderful place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, can't say that about many of their competitors!
