    Had my 2016 f 150 with 38,000 miles towed to their service center for failure to start and could…read morenot put it into neutral or any gear. Note- This happened last year as well and I paid nearly $900 for them to replace the battery and a wire harness they said was needed to correct the issue at that time. Service rep tells me "you fried the BCM." They reported I connected after market wires incorrectly into the BCM and fried it. I informed them that they were the last ones to work on it and nothing was done to it since. So the service rep tells me it will cost $1,800 to replace the BCM. When I inquired about what the BCM is and what it does she was unable to give me a direct answer and proceeded to treat me as if I'm dumb For not knowing what it is. she then tells me the manager will call me. Well, I never received a call so I went into the service center and met with the manager "David" who explains to me what the BCM is and that once they replace the BCM they can redirect the wires drawing power from it to the correct source to get power. I agreed to have the work done right. On Friday the service rep calls me to Ask for a wiring diagram for the window switches, door locks, and security system. I explain to them this was installed in 2018 (8 years ago) and that I would not have that information. They proceed to tell me they cannot identify the power wires so the window, door locks, and security system will not work. I'm confused as to how I'm told the power wires were plugged into the BCM and yet now they can't identify them? So to save conflict I opt to pick up my truck with no working windows, door locks, or security system. When I arrive the lady gives attitude almost in a mocking matter about me not having door locks, power windows, or the security system. I paid the high bill of almost $1,800 and got the keys to my truck to leave. As I approach my truck there are bundles of wires hanging below the footwell over the break pedal. Just a complete mess! As I'm driving the tire gauge monitor is now no longer working which is a factory component and has worked then entire duration of having the vehicle. The cabin light which is factory will also not turn off when the mode is set to turn on when the door opens. At this point I am beside myself with the horrible customer service and the vehicle just being treated like trash. I proceed to call the service center and The service rep reports the cause for tire sensors not working is "because you have aftermarket wheels." I immediately had her transfer me to the manager and explained how confused for being told that faulty information. The OEM sensors in my 22" wheels that have been on this truck for roughly 4 years now have had no issues and one was just replaced at West coast tire a week prior. I also conveyed their complete lack of respect for my vehicle evident by leaving a mess at the footwell with wires and how nothing was ever done as he said it would be. Save yourself the headache of being treated like trash from this place and service all your vehicles needs elsewhere. This place lacks respect, fidelity, and common curiosity for people and their vehicles. I'd also like to note, the service rep I dealt with does not need to be working in an environment giving information about vehicles when she literally has no idea what she is talking about.

    On June 4, 2025, I took my truck in to get washed. I had a lot of bugs on the windshield and let…read morethe young man know when I checked in. We have a monthly subscription for $36. I went through the wash and the roller on the right side wasn't even turning and only one roller even touched my hood and windshield. Needless to say, my bugs were still there. I went back around and let them know about the bugs, AGAIN, and also let them know the rollers weren't working. A mechanic was nearby and he heard me tell them. He responded saying that they just fixed that roller and that it would be running when I went through again. It was, but when I went through, it shot black grease down the right side of my car, the side where the roller was being fixed. I got out to dry it and clean my glass and I saw it. I touched it and it was fresh. SO, I got back in line and had the young man walk around and take a look at it. I went through again and nothing changed. The grease was still there. I spoke to the young man again and asked to speak to a manager. A "supervisor" came out and met me at my truck after going through my fourth time (I had just told the young man at the front, 'I promise it will be my last time.' The 'supervisor', who couldn't have been more than 19-20 years old, asked "are other cars getting grease on them?" as if I was making the whole thing up and that the newly worked on rollers didn't cast grease onto my truck. He was implying that if other cars weren't complaining, then I must be wrong. He literally said there is nothing they could do about it shrugging his shoulders. I said my truck was dirtier now then when I went through the wash and he just shrugged. Clearly he was not a supervisor, because he clearly offered ZERO customer service - if he indeed was a supervisor, then Surf Thru doesn't have a prayer of staying in business. I returned through the front again and apologized. I told him 'I know I said I wouldn't return, but my truck is dirtier now than when I first came in. Can I speak to your manager?" Another young man appeared in a couple of minutes claiming to be the manager; he appeared to be 24-25 years of age. He asked if I had told the guy at the beginning of the car wash about it. I told him that I had, but that he told me he couldn't cross to the other side of the car for safety reasons - it was against company policy. So, "the manager" told me he would come over and he offered to pressure wash that side of my car. So I went to the beginning of the car wash and they stopped the line while he pressure washed my car. I waived and thanked him and went through the car wash for the 5th time. Here are the results of 5 CAR WASHES AT SURF THROUGH... I still had bugs on the windshield, and there was still grease all down the side of my truck. I was hot. I took pictures of the truck. All the pictures you see are AFTER 5 CAR WASHES... I went home and washed my own truck in my own driveway. Surf Thru car wash sucked an hour out of my life that afternoon that I won't get back. My daughter took her car through two days later on June sixth. Please see the pictures of how well they did on her car. She still had crud all over the hood and the windshield, which had some writing on it from a recent tow, wasn't even close to bug free or clean... I would really like to speak to someone from the Corporate Office about our membership and about the lack of service received at the Tulare location (Prosperity Ave location).
