Great selection of cars. I was there for over 15mins before someone came out. Prices were a little high for the miles on some of the cars. I asked for the price on one car and a short guy came out and told me it wasn't for sale because it's his. I told him he shouldn't park it there. It's in the row of cars that are for sale so how was I to know it was his. His reply was "but I'm the boss I can park where I want" and on that note I won't be coming back for the car I was interested in. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Auto Natix after they really came through for me. Auto Natix is primarily a used car dealership. However, I used their services as a U-Haul drop off point. I returned my u-haul truck there after I moved to Visalia from San Francisco. I arrived with my truck a couple of minutes before they opened. I was only waiting for the gates to open for about 10 minutes. But the guys who run the place were apologetic. They took it upon themselves to extend my return time on the u-haul so that I wouldn't be charged for an extra day. Technically, the u-haul was supposed to be returned by 7:30am. However, that wasn't possible because Auto Natix didn't even open until 10:00am. Also, one of the guys gave me a ride back to my house. I didn't have a ride home. Public transportation would have taken over an hour, but it was a 10 minute car ride. So getting a ride saved me a bunch of time. During the ride the young man was telling me that Auto Natix is a recently acquired, family run business. They are in the process of sprucing up the place. So don't let the current rough look of it fool you. Also, the family already owns some successful dealerships in the Fresno area. If I were in the market for a used car I would definitely check them out. read more

Went here back in May and purchased a vehicle. We knew what we were buying, negotiated lower due to mechanical issues and left happy with our purchase. They stayed at the dealership late for us which was a big help as we came from two hours away! Jay was very nice and helpful. Answered questions to the best of his knowledge. No complaints about the staff. Biggest issue we had was receiving the pink slip from them after it was changed over to us. We requested it to be mailed to us from them after the owner called and asked if we wanted to pick it up. Took about three weeks and multiple calls to get it in the mail. We kept getting told excuses as to why it wasn't mailed. At one point my husband spoke to someone on the phone from their office and was told we owed $200 still and wouldn't receive pink slip until then. We paid cash in full and had all of the paperwork to back it up that the transaction was complete. After another very upset phone call, we were told (again) that it was "in the mail!" We finally received the pink slip in the mail a little over a month and a half after purchase of the vehicle. Did we get a good deal? Yes, in our opinion we did. The pink slip issue was something that isn't always in their control but communication is key. I don't like being told something is 'in the mail' and it's not. I'm a patient person if I am being given honest answers and reasons for delay. I appreciate the response from the owner but it has been almost 2 years since I wrote my review. I have raised the rating to 4 stars because of the professional response from them. read more

I purchased a car in December. By January it was back at the dealership to have repairs done (after having it towed 109 miles ) under a 30 day warranty. They kept my car for 6 weeks. Gave my the biggest piece of junk for a loaner. Too long of a story to go in full detail, BUT it is now June and my items for my due bill have not been repaired yet, and the " certified " mechanic they had working on my car messed most of the electrical up. Let's just put it this way. If I could give this place lower than 1 star I would. Me and my wife came here about a year ago and ended up buying a car. As part of the deal, they were to replace the coolant reservoir. About 3 weeks ago the car threw a code for the thermostat. During the replacement a thick orange paste was found in every coolant line. A very apparent sign that whomever put coolant in the car had used the wrong coolant. Also, after a year we have still yet to receive the license plates. After many phone calls with the manager, it seemed like we got the same answer every time. "It'll be in your hands by next week, just waiting on one signature." Now I finally pursued the issue and was told that not only does he hold his dealership responsible for the coolant issue but also told me that "license plates aren't guaranteed when you buy a car." So save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else. Shady maintenance and shady business. It's a no from me. read more

Auto Natix has friendly customer service however, they sold my boyfriend an unreliable car that has broken down various of times within a time frame of little LESS than a MONTH. They tried to fix the problem but failed numerously, and forgot to address him. He had to call THEM for an update many times. They said it'll be done in less than a week but then they kept changing the date. Long story short to save you the stress. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR HERE. read more

Never go here and save yourself some time going to a CERTIFIED car dealership! Bought a car and had problems with the engine, it had to be replaced a total of 3 times! The workers are rude and never call you back like they say they will and never seem to be in the office when you call.. seriously bought a lemon from them my engine was cracked and covered with silicone they showed me the carfax and it was a clean record but Jay (the guy who sold me the car) said they themselves wrecked it but it was a little fender bender which was NO "little fender bender", it was a NIGHTMARE with what I dealt with! If I could give negative stars I would. I bought my 2010 Chevy traverse here on March 2017 in June I had to pay over 1,200 because my car computer did not want to work anymore. Because auto Natix was "liable". I had to take it to Chevrolet dealer to have my car computer replaced besides that also the battery needed to be replaced. He told me that auto natix had to know about this before selling it but failed to tell me just to sell the car. Iam a woman having no one to go with me being my first time buying a car, I trusted them and this is what They did. And I've had a couple of friends that had this happen. Lets begin...I bought a 2014 Honda Accord from Natix Auto, December 22nd 2018. I traded in my 2013 Kia Optima and drove home in my new honda accord very happy and content with my choices. I am a college student and wanted another car to commute and hour away to school with good gas mileage. But come to find out the bank I am financing through and I have been fighting this dealership for a month to get the pay off of my Kia Optima before it affects my credit because it is still technically in my name and on my credit. We finally got them to send a check over February 7th the bank received the check. Now today February 12th I got a call from the bank letting me know the check has bounced from the dealership and I still do not have my Kia paid off. The bank has tried to contact the dealership and they are not answering calls. When they finally decided to answer my bank told them they have by tomorrow February 13th 2019 to turn bring cash or cashiers check in order for us not to get the DMV investigators involved, and repo my trade in, the Kia. I also have not received my registration or tags, going on almost two months of having my new honda. I texted my salesman Sam asking where it was at. I texted him due to the fact I was at work and could not talk, he did not know I was at work but he decided to call my work instead of my cell phone first the one I obviously was texting him through. The work number is only on there in order to get a hold of me after trying to contact me through my personal phone. They have been very rude any time I have called they say I am making them look bad because I have been calling them multiple times, although its only been three times, that's it! But who wouldn't contact the issue if there money and a car sitting on the line. Alex was the rude one that yelled at me over the phone and would not let me explain the issue, because I was making him "look bad." They have been very unprofessional. So as of right now who knows what will be the next step due to the fact they have until tomorrow to finish the job that started almost two months ago! Terrible fraudulent service!! I will keep this short, sweet and to the point. Went to look for a vehicle advertised on their page with 101K miles on it. I drive up and see it sitting on the lot and as I walk on the lot a salesman, I assume, greets me. As I inquire about this vehicle, he states that it has 145K on it. I was a little flabbergasted at the difference and he tells me that it has been on the lot a long time and has been driven a lot since it came in. What???? So I called the front office after I left and a gentleman in the office tells me that it was their IT guy who they had to let go of because he wasn't doing his job right. Who do you believe? The level of unprofessionalism there is astounding. Never in my 7 years of working in the automotive industry have I ever encountered a dealership such as Auto Natix. Bought a car, was told that the car was good and ready to go(mind you, it was a verbal agreement), bought it, found out it had a bad gasket and an alternator belt. Drove an hour to the dealership for them to tell us they don't have any loaner vehicles because none of the cars are "registered" (which is a lie because they OWN them as a dealership to SELL to consumers) but that's fine. Two weeks later, nothing. No car. No call. No update. My husband has had to call every few days to get an update which was the same excuses every time. Always have some excuse about how parts are getting ordered, mechanic is gone, job is long etc etc. Yet somehow, they manage to have a "manager" and "service manager" who neither my husband or myself have met or talk to providing the employees with this information. It doesn't matter how nice the people are, if you're not professional or ethical, you're not running the business right. Save your time and money and go to a known dealership; this place is a waste or your time and money. read more
