In short, the dealership left me on the hook for faulty blind spot monitoring sensors, a $2,000+ repair. While my car sat at a Lexus dealer in San Diego for over a month waiting on Richard's to respond, nothing got resolved. The day I brought it home it started overheating. Just a quick one and I assumed it was because I drove it 400 miles. When I finally got it back, it did it again and again even for 10 mile trips, until eventually it did it every time I turned the car on. I assumed it was normal wear, maybe a thermostat (quoted around $2,000 outside the dealership). But when I looked into it myself, I found the car was leaking coolant. When Richard's mechanic topped off the fluids, the auxiliary coolant reservoir cap appears to have been cross-threaded. It was leaking badly, and I will likely have to buy a new cap and hope the reservoirs threads aren't damaged. This is one more example of this dealership skipping basic due diligence. If you have a choice, please don't trust them with your purchase. If not for your money, then for the safety of everyone who rides in that car.

I was told it was 5pm and closing time and they would be closed throughout the weekend so he asked me to take my truck in on Monday!! I did not waste anymore time with these guys!! Very frustrating experience trying to purchase a used F-150 from Will Tiesiera Ford…read more The truck had a known radio/audio system issue, and I was told multiple times over about a week that someone would call me with updates and explain what needed to happen next. That did not happen. I had to keep calling them myself just to get basic information. I later spoke with Chris in sales, who was rude and told me they still could not figure out the issue. I was also told there would be no discount, even though the audio system was not working. After that, I was told by the GM directly that the deal we had discussed at about $31,600 out the door was now void, and the new price was around $34,000. His reason was that I "lagged" and did not jump on the deal, even though I was never clearly told the truck had been fixed. The whole reason I was waiting was because the truck had a known issue and I was waiting on the dealership to follow through. They wanted me to come in person to talk about the deal, but at that point it felt like I would have to go in and beg them to honor a number that had already been discussed, after their own lack of communication caused the delay. The lack of communication, poor follow-through, rude sales experience, and then raising the price after the issue was supposedly resolved made this one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have had. I would not recommend shopping here.
