Best Care did an excellent job of fumigating our house. They were on time and carefully put up the tent without any damage to our house. In fact, most contractors refuse to go on our roof because it is metal. Best care did and carefully ensured there were no dents put in the metal. They even tented around an ornamental bush in the front! The team was very helpful in answering our questions and very prompt in relaying information. I would gladly recommend them! read more

Company did a half ass job cleaning up the huge mess they made around the perimeter. Killed multiple plants outside the tent by trampling them. They left one of our windows cracked open a few inches. They broke off the wrong key in my back sliding glass door. Missing a couple items including the extra battery pack and charger for the couch that was in a drawer in my hutch (at all times). Makes sense why they were $1000 less than the next bidder. Between missing items and damage, it adds up. I've read other reviews, obvious calling management would lead to some sort of reverse persecution. read more

This termite fumigation company did an outstanding job for a very reasonable fair price, much lower than the most popular termite fumigation companies. As promised, they called 30 minutes before their arrival. What impressed me was how cautious and careful they were around my plants. They took special caution with the roof tiles. Broke a total of 26 cement tiles and cut drip system with shovels while digging holes. Stepped on plants and the list goes on. They will pass the blame back and fourth. Best Care (NOT!!!!!) WORST CARE!!!! THEIVES OXNARD BRANCH. This company is horrible and flat out robbed our home. There were picture frames off the walls, jars in my kitchen open, my washer and dryer doors open, several windows left unlocked, a flashlight in my masterbedroom restroom in which is normally in my laundry room. In total stolen over $2,000 and family heirlooms. When the foreman/manager was called Luis didn't seem fased at all over what happend and my husband was told "they service high end homes, the crew has worked together for a long time, they make $90,000 a year and don't need to steal and to call the police and wouldn't be able to come to our home due to being busy elsewere." No one from this company called us back to follow up as far as any internal investigation or questioning the crew. I know our home isn't high end but it's still my home in which my 3 children live in. My husband went out to the actual location to see an actual human being to try to get answers only to be made fun of or jokes being made of this unfortunate situation. I had even emailed the foreman/manager Luis only to have the same response my huband was told. He stated its protocol to leave anything with doors open and they don't touch picture fames in which in this case my pictures were off the walls and cleary not reported and my windows were unlocked. Who leaves a families a family home unsecure if your a fumigation business. How half assed is this!! Nothing was reported to this so called foreman/manager of items that were misplaced. And to still blame my neighborhood in which we have lived here for almost 20 years. We know all of our neighbors and they told us the only new people near our house was the crew that did the fumigation. Our pest control guy, who I've known and worked with for somewhere around 20 years, scheduled our house tenting and fumigation with this company. He said that he had worked with them for many years and they were a local family owned business. They called on the morning of the tenting to tell me what time they would be there and were prompt and on time. The crew was very polite and got to work. They told me when to expect them back to remove the tent and they, once again were prompt an on time. Unfortunately during the tenting one of our yard sprinklers got broken. I was not worried about it as "stuff happens". Before I could even think about having someone take a look at it a repair person stopped by the house and said he had been sent by the fumigation crew to make the repair. I have to give them a thumbs up for service and even called my pest control guy to rave about how happy I was with the experience. read more

Best Care Fumigation was subcontracted by Orkin Pest Control to tent and fumigate my house in February. Orkin misrepresented the high risk that existed to our tile roof and dismissed the possibility of damage as extremely unlikely. When Best Care Fumigation removed the tenting there were a large number of broken and displaced tile. Both Orkin Pest Control and Best Care have refused to accept responsibility for the damages and are unwilling to repair the damages. I had to pay $600 to have the repairs done. If you must have your house fumigated do not use Best Care Fumigation or Orkin Pest Control and regardless of what company you decide to use do not sign a damage liability release. read more

I hired this company to fumigate my new home. The crew showed up on time but within 5 minutes of their arrival, the crew leader Ernesto dropped a 4x4 post used to put between the ladder and the gutter from the second floor onto a roof tile above the garage. The tile broke and Ernesto IMMEDIATELY said " thats on us"...I dropped it and we'll fix it. He also said it would be within a week...well A month later nothing. I email the company and they state "because it was one tile broken, it is not found to be negligence " Not negligence when YOUR worker drops a 4x4 from the second floor to the first ? How many tiles need to be broken by YOUR workers due to dropping a 4x4 does it take to be negligent. ? Stay away from this company and any other company who wont stand by a employees mistake. read more

I highly recommend you stay away from these folks if you are a homeowner seeking to use their services. They are out to make a huge profit by forcing you to go directly through a termite inspection company. Why, well it makes them more money that way. I have friends who work in the industry and they told me how the game is played. What is worse, they don't mention this openly on their website. It also has nothing to do with guaranteeing their work should termites come back during the 3-years post fumigation. This can be handled via a disclaimer and signed by the homeowner. So bottom line, stay way from them for all they want is your cash but not directly, just indirectly. If they want my business, they can politely be honest about and tell me up front why I just can't get my house fumigated period. read more

I recently hired this company to fumigate our home. During the fumigation we were asked if we wanted to leave a key with the workers so they can access our home while we were gone to take down the tenting, test the home for chemicals and clear the home so we can re-enter once safe to do so. I gave specific instructions that NO ONE WAS TO ENTER THE HOME WITHOUT US PRESENT! I waited 5 hours for them to tent the house and lock up with my key on a Friday. We were instructed to call the company on Monday morning to check what time to be at the house to let in the workers to take down the tenting on Tuesday. When we called on Monday we were told that the workers already took down the renting, tested the inside of the house and that it was safe to return. I asked how they got into the house because the workers locked all the doors with my key and were instructed not to enter the home without us present. They told us that they put a secondary lock and accessed the house anyway. They trespassed after being told not to. Now we don't know what they did in there. And now our house is unlocked till someone is able to return and lock it up. Complaints to the company has lead to nothing. They just said it's safe to return. How can you trust a company with your positions, your home and the safety of your family with practices like this?! read more

We just had Best Care Fumigation tent our home in Camarillo this week, and they were very proffesional in every sense. I highly recommend this company for your fumigation needs. I used Ventura Pest Control and they have Best Care Fumigation, Inc. I did not request or was pressured to have a house inspection done. First I want to say they were on time and we set a appointment up over the phone, which went super easy. Second I had to bag items up inside the house that were not going to be taken out. After work the bags were sitting on the door step after we talked that afternoon with instructions about other items that needed to be bagged that I would have left out if not for the paper work. They had the gas company shut off the main which is required so I did not have to mess with that. They took the time the set up a wall with my trash cans that deterred people from entering my back yard since the gate was wooden and they wanted to have that in the tent. The little extra time they took that people over look is why I went with a company that yes they maybe a little more expensive than all the rest, but they swept up after themselves with the dirt and took care while removing the tent from the roof not to damage anything. The little things are what I look for when I hire a company and they went beyond what I hoped for since my house is a very big investment in life and for there work I am very grateful.
