After I found out that I had left it there I called and then rushed back there ASAP ‍ Like i Just paid my phone bill off and everything and im with sprint so id have to come out of pocket JUST to get another phone and i absolutely refuse to do ts‍ So when i got there they was ON IT. I mean, they check the security cameras , called the police ‍, kept me from crying (because lord knows i was this close to crying). Even though it was 45% my fault. They did everything they could to help me get my life back. Im not lying when i say that they're a beautiful group of people and Gamestop needs to employ more people like them. Jon came over and I told him what I wanted to do. He got the phone for me and he fully explained about financing, upgrading, etc and patiently figured out the math and final cost. Explained everything! Even offered some suggestions to save even more money, wow! We finally decided I'll wait for the iPhone 13 to come out later this month which he said was no problem. I just wanted to say that all the employees that were on duty were more than happy to help me out! A great bunch of people! Jon helped me along with another employee which I did not catch his name. Also a young female employee greeted me as I came in the door which was very nice to do. Being a former customer service manager for one of the Big Box stores I could not see any reason for improvements! I loaded with new charcoal and proceeded to grill a meal that has accomplished something I never thought possible. My mother-in-law was silent for 15 minutes! 15 MINUTES! Couldn't believe it.
