I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick, inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.

The team at Metro Heating and Cooling was able to bring someone over to diagnose the issue, then bring a team over and complete the install of a new furnace within one day, working until after 7 pm because they said they were not going to leave us without heat for a night. We are extremely grateful to their team and will definitely be going back to them for any future work we need!

No call, no show twice!! Rescheduled the first missed appt. They reached out and asked to…read morereschedule that second appointment. I agreed they didn't show up to that appointment, Or the one I had scheduled before the rescheduled appointment nothing like waiting the four hour window. No one shows up, called multiple numbers for them. No one answers. No call back!! If you enjoy waiting around for someone not to show up schedule with these people.!!! Zero stars!!! The name under the account was Anubha...I have text, saying appt change no response back. I'd be happy to share.

I almost never leave reviews, however I feel this is a case where it is warranted. My AC stopped…read moreworking, and after texting multiple HVAC repair companies, Mario was the first to respond, which I appreciated. I mentioned that we didn't need an emergency visit and he fit me in his schedule for the next morning, quoting $175 for the service call. After diagnosing an electrical short in the contactor, he left to pick up a replacement part, and finished the job that same day. At no point, before or during the repair, was I given a total cost estimate outside of the initial $175 or a chance to approve the total job amount prior to completion. It was shocking, then, that the final invoice came out to $800: a $175 diagnostic fee, two hours of labor at $175/hour, and a $275 charge for a part (contactor) that retails for $50 or less. In addition, I wasn't given an invoice upon completion of the job, but rather I had to ask for it twice afterward. If any part of this review gives you pause, I'd consider taking your business elsewhere.
