There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

After signing paperwork, I reviewed the full Carfax and discovered the car actually had 5 owners, had been used commercially, imported from Canada, and had 2 accident reports -- none of which were disclosed during the sale or in the ad. When I brought this to the dealership's attention and asked for my $1,000 deposit back, they refused -- even though I had not taken delivery and the deal was made under false pretenses. I have filed formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General and the Texas DMV Dealer Enforcement Division. I'm also working with my bank to recover the deposit. Be very careful -- double-check everything and get the full Carfax before signing anything.

I paid cash for the car and now I have to spend well over $3,000 to hopefully fix the oil pan, gaskets, drain the oil because the wrong oil was put in the car! (How ignorant can you be to do that!), replace seals to prevent leaks, install an entire underbody protection kit because the vehicle is missing the protector for the cables going from the engine to the battery. These are just the mechanical issues that I know of yet. The headlight mechanism is $1,200 and I haven't even gotten a quote on the airbag and seatbelt lights, that is something BMW will have to do. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE! Liars and thieves! I don't know how people like this sleep at night....
