Brakes are bad, the car creaks when it moves and the timing belt is messing up now. They told us the information for the warranty was on a flash drive and they couldn't show us a paper copy, the warranty information is that there is none. Edited to include response to owner* The short: Pro-haggling dealership squeezed $500 out of us through "special services" on the purchase of a vehicle. The long: We drove an hour and a half to look at a vehicle. Fabio said he would get the vehicle "ready for us." We arrive and decide we want to purchase the vehicle. At our request, Fabio removes all of the additional expenses except for one category I believe was listed as something like "additional services." OK, Fabio, why did you not remove that? Well, I can't. Remember how I was getting it ready for you? I was applying product to the paint and tires. Typically, when I perform a favor for someone, that looks more like me getting someone a complimentary cup of coffee. Or helping a student with an assignment using my free time. Not upcharging someone on services without explicitly telling them. Why did the dealership do this? I think it's probably simple. They have an agreement with other companies that makes the practice of preparing vehicles this way very lucrative for all parties EXCEPT the customers. We took the deal after trying to get them to be as reasonable as possible. They reduced it to $500 from $700-$800, and waived the 3% credit card fee ($90). That's all well and good, but that still leaves me out the $500. I would rather pay the convenience fee for the card which would be more justified. Could the Dealership be looking out for your best interest by overriding your preferences? Even if you humored that idea, these products/services are difficult to justify because when it comes to the two large expenses: -Nitrofill is nitrogen air going into tires. It's even free at many businesses. Our outdoor is approximately 78% nitrogen. -Cilajet appears to last maybe up to 6 months and can be removed with a quick polish. You also don't know how thoroughly this is done to the vehicle with the claybar or how thoroughly the employees are trained. It also could result in the swirling effect mentioned in another review. As with Nitrofill, you're paying for a warranty. The base product is a $20 polymer wax that you can apply yourself. You tell me. How do cheap services total $800? Why are you not given a choice? This is a shame because paperwork was pretty easy and the staff was nice enough. I almost gave at least 3 stars, but the more research I did the more I changed my mind. I still bought the vehicle because it would have been more inconvenient not to at the time, but I think the dealership should be more honest and transparent going forward. EDIT: The owner's reply unfortunately does a good job of supporting my point. An apology is a great start. "We were open late for you." That doesn't prove anything when you're making a multi-hundred dollar tip off of markups. Of course you're open late. Additionally, just because you're charging less than other dealerships on hidden, low-value services isn't a great argument. Management really read what they wanted to read and then spat out a manufactured response designed to protect their practice of disenfranchising you to earn a commission. Also, the information he mentioned isn't the whole truth. Please do your research before coming in, or better yet choose a no-haggle dealership. Dropping my review to one star. We made an offer on a 2014 Mercedes CLS 550 last week. They priced it for $12900. We said we would be back the next day with the extra cash it would take to pay off the taxes etc.,. Ricky said he would hold the car for us. Next morning we told him get the car ready. When we got there. They realized they did not want to sell the car to us because they underpriced it. After having my car just over a month the service alert for brake pads came on. Contacted the sales person Leann McCants and she suggested the brake pads may still be under warranty. Insulted because brakes are a wear and tear situation. Working from home, that would not be the issue here. Her GM said I drove the car 435 miles and for 5 weeks. No comment other than cuss words. The GM further recommended I drive 435 more to Dallas to get the brake pads replaced by their dealership. My customer service experience was not good at all. In summary they are scammers and worship the dollar over anything. I bought an item from them on eBay. The item was a used smart key for 2019 BMW 750i. The item was advertised for 2017 - 2019 BMW 750i. The item was advertised as is, and was advertised as programmable and check with technician whether it can be programmed to my vehicle. There were two issues though: 1. I took item to dealer to program and it turned out that this item cannot be reprogrammed whatsoever because it is tied up to the VIN of the vehicle. So in principle this item is not programmable at all and should not have been offered for sale with intent of programming 2. The item upon power on, showed on screen software last updated June 2013. Then this item is not even for the vehicle in question to begin with and this is for older model vehicles. I requested return and they refused indicating item was sold as is. My husband purchased a vehicle from Certified Autoplex, Inc. on July 16, 2022. Cash purchase. When he went to have the title transferred to our son earlier this week as part of his 18th birthday; the DMV informed him that the application for title transfer the dealer submitted was rejected months ago (last summer). He never heard anything from the dealership regarding this. Per information received from the DMV today (March 31, 2023), it was rejected due to the title that was submitted being "superceded" by another title (meaning Certified Autoplex, Inc. did not have the most current title). Because of this, he does not hold title, even though he paid cash for it almost 9 months ago. A formal complaint has been filed with the Texas Dept of Motor Vehicles. Unfortunately, it does not appear that he is the first person this has happened to at this dealership per other reviews on Google. read more

Very disappointed on how this dealer wasted my time and adds $995 in fluff dealer prep charges that are not included in their posted prices. I was considering buying from this dealer and a similar Volvo from Hertz buy a car. I submitted an email offer to my salesman and did not get a response. Over the next two days I sent 2 emails, 2 text, and 2 phones calls trying to get my sale rep to respond, on my 3rd call he finally picked up the phone and said he was just walking in and would call me back in 5 minutes. After waiting an hour with no call, I had enough, so I called and asked to speak to the sales manager who advised they are short handed and the salesman was out the past two days causing the issue. He then informed me they do not negotiate on their listed web prices which is fine, but just list on your website your a no haggle dealer so as not to waste your team or my time. If your looking to buy from here beware that in addition to their list price, and expected TTL fees, they charge an additional non negotiable $995 dealer prep fee for nitrogen gas in the tires ...something you can get at Costco for about $5 a tire. Again since your prices are firm, just be honest and add your outrageous $995 dealer prep fee to your web prices, and list them as non negotiable. Regarding their S 60's, I found most of their S 60's were from Hertz, so I went to Hertz car sales website, found similar cars for 3K to 4K less, and Hertz website notes on their prices are no haggle, and only additional charge is TTL, no other fluff charges. I called Hertz and 1 15 minute call got my out the door price for the same car, nearly the same miles, for about 3K less. read more

I bought my vehicle in December 2023, since then it's been nothing but problems! I contacted our sales guy a few weeks later and told him about the issues we've had. We took it back up there to supposedly have his mechanics look into it. Sat at the dealership while they "looked" at it and supposedly fixed it. THEY DID NOTHING!! We took it up there because the fan was sounding very loud and the brakes were squealing. They filled up the coolant telling me it was empty and that they replaced the rotors. However, the squealing sound started up again and the loud fan noise. This time I took it to a mechanic who told me the hoses were leaking, the timing valves, solenoids, and camshafts all need replacing! I'm looking at over $7000 worth of repairs. Why was this not discovered during their 115 point check before selling the car? Why wasn't it discovered when I took it back up there. $7000 worth of repairs on top of the $32k I paid for the car!! This place is here to take your money. My family was looking to buy a car, we put down a $1000 deposit here, and we were told they were going to service the entire car to the best of their ability. We got there and the brakes were rusted, the sunroof was missing, the panel to the fuse box was missing, and many of the things that had been promised to be fixed for a fee that we would pay, were not fixed. They then tried to get us to sign a contract that, if we wanted to get our deposit back, we needed to sign away our right to write a negative review, then they would refund our $1000 deposit, that we had been told was refundable, with or without a contract. Deceptive sales practices. Purchased what I was told was a Mini Cooper Countryman with the John Cooper Works package. Took it to the shop get get looked at and allignment done and was told it wasn't one. It just had the steering wheel and a couple door gaurds just to look like one. Huge difference. I might be able to maybe get you $500 (towards the $850 break kit) not counting for the thousands in performance it would need to even need them. As all informed people who don't like being taking advantage of or ripped off, I called around to a couple attorneys to see if I have any legs to stand on. I was advised that there are a few things and what they were. However, it's a 30 day or more process. So, I opted to go see the dealer today to see what they would do to make it right. When I was told he "might be able to get me $500" but it would take "moving mountains" I shared I spoke with an attorney and don't want to go that route. But I know what you did was wrong. He got short with me, and told me to leave after giving me his card and telling my to have my attorney call his. A customer had been outside through a good portion of this and he went in leaving me by my car. She was walking by and kept staring at me so I just said, sorry for causing a scene ma'am. Just a disagreement about my car as it's not what I thought I was buying. Got to be careful cause there's about 3k in difference. So, the manager now pops his head out, threatens to have me arrested, and that I'm on his private property. Yeah, that will win you some customers for sure. My sales rep was amazing, and everyone was nice enough. Just make sure you run the VIN on the cars before you buy them so this doesn't happen to you too. I would hate for someone to buy an M3 BMW where someone just chipped off the 25 and put an M in front of the 3 with the right badging. Less than 30 days after buying my BMW X3; dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. Brake pads needs changing. Salesperson Leann McCants says maybe it's still under warranty. My 11 year old knows brakes are wear & tear and would never be under warranty unless recently installed. Three months ago I bought a 2006 Honda CRV from them for $6700. We had to wait a week to take delivery after we paid because the AC wasn't working. They bought a part and installed it and we picked it up. It wasn't working the best, then about 10 days ago the AC compressor seized up, took out a couple belts, the power steering and the alternator. Cost me $230 (at my mechanic) to repair the belts, and now it's another $800 to repair the air conditioning. Spoke with Cami (owner) - he suggested I reach out to the ebay seller on the part (in China) to enforce the 1 year warranty. Not getting warm fuzzies on the quality here..... I stopped by tonight to talk to Cami and give him a chance to make it right. After a short conversation, he agreed to write a check for $150 (half the profit on the car). He also offered to buy the car back. He was reasonable, and I appreciate him working with me. If I buy another car from his shop, I would have my mechanic check it out first. read more

She went back and asked if they were going to make it right, and they told her yes, had it for almost a week, it was only suppose to be 2 days.
