    Leann and the team at certified auto plex are amazing! They got us into our new car without having to be at the dealership all day. They were polite and very easily accessible when it came to our questions. We haven't purchased a car in a while and they made the experience seamless

    Certified Autoplex does not inspect their cars. Bad customer service experience. Had car 5 weeks.

    After having my car just over a month the service alert for brake pads came on. Contacted the sales person Leann McCants and she suggested the brake pads may still be under warranty. Insulted because brakes are a wear and tear situation. Working from home, that would not be the issue here. Her GM said I drove the car 435 miles and for 5 weeks. No comment other than cuss words. The GM further recommended I drive 435 more to Dallas to get the brake pads replaced by their dealership. My customer service experience was not good at all. I do not recommend this dealership to any of my followers.

For example, one of the other car dealerships prevented us from taking the car to an independent mechanic! You know they were hiding something with the car. Anyway, not only did Texas Cars Direct let us take the car to an independent mechanic, they were professional, not pushy like some of the other guys we dealt with, and easy to do business with.     I purchased a Ford F250 from TexasCarsDirect back in September. I flew in from Chicago to pick up…read morethe truck. Upon arriving and meeting with David Urby, I took the truck for a test drive. There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

    If I could give ZERO stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY. This was hands-down…read morethe worst experience I've ever had. This place is run by the most unprofessional, inconsiderate, dishonest, downright trifling people I've ever dealt with. Their customer service completely disappears the second they take your money. I bought a vehicle from them that had multiple issues they flat-out lied about. I ended up having to return the car to them so they could "fix" it, and they kept it for TWO weeks with no updates, no communication, and no willingness to answer a single call or message. After a full week of leaving me without a car, they finally gave me a loaner, if you can even call it that. It was the most disgusting, dirty, beat-up lemon imaginable. It got so bad I actually had to get the police involved just to get any kind of movement from NTX. And after all that? They still didn't fix my car. I had to take it to Audi for a real diagnosis, and when Audi contacted them for approval to fix their mess, NTX ignored them too and kept giving everyone the runaround. I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and honestly hurt after putting my hard-earned money into this business, only to end up pouring thousands more into repairs they should have handled from the start. This company is a complete NIGHTMARE, please learn from my experience and stay far, far away.

Just completely all around unprofessional. Also, I was test driving the Mercedes I was approved for but as I was test driving the vehicle, the tire pressure on the front left tire was at about 16psi and I brought it to their attention. My sales rep told his manager or whoever that guy was and he basically blew him off and was like "it's a new tire we can fill it up but that's it we aren't going to put a new tire on the car" , but once I got approved for it, I told him I needed that tire changed because I don't want to have to pay for a brand new tire as soon as I leave this lot and so the manager himself went and took a look at it and discovered that there was a broken valve to the tire meaning it's constantly leaking air so I say all this to say that this is just an assumption, but it definitely seemed like once that was required in order for the sale to be done by me He wanted to jeopardize it. Long story short I left out of there with no vehicle and also having words with the manager because he was very defensive and unprofessional because I'm a woman who knows what I'm talking about. Just use your discernment with this place. And if you're a female, I do recommend going in there with a male because they will try you and talk to you inhumanly.

    PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more This is long overdue. I tried not leaving this review, but the public has to know. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

From the first call to the moment I drove off, everything felt straightforward, honest, and actually enjoyable--which is rare when buying a car. The inventory is on a completely different level. You can tell these guys are true car enthusiasts, not just a typical dealership trying to push units. The car I purchased was exactly as described--no surprises, no games. They were transparent about everything and encouraged me to get a PPI, which gave me even more confidence in the purchase. The whole team was professional but still very laid back. No pressure at all, just good conversation and real knowledge about the cars they sell. Paperwork was quick and smooth, and they handled everything efficiently. After that fiasco I decided to visit RPM garage and look at their inventory, and they have some really nice cars! If you go here ask for Trinity, he was super helpful and communicative. He practically restored my faith in car dealerships. He even was kind enough to take the car to get a PPI (any dealership worth their salt should let you PPI a car), it underwent a full inspection including bore scoping, and he even paid to have the spark plugs changed out of his own pocket! RPM has a real nice showroom, if you're a car guy or just anyone who likes fast and good looking cars, you won't regret stopping by here! Super happy with my new (to me) Porsche! Edit: to the 0 start reviews, these are used cars and NOT certified pre-owned cars. The condition of the car is entirely dependent on how well it was maintained by the previous owners, that is why you pay the $200 and get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) so you're not left with thousands in repairs. Thought this was common knowledge...
