Rush truck Center held onto the truck for over two weeks claiming they didn't have an open bay, mean while I could log into my in-cab camera and see that it was sitting in a bay for over a week, then they said it needed batteries even though I had replaced them less than week before taking the truck to Rush truck center. Then they came up with a story about a check engine light even though I drive the truck 60 hours a week and never have a check engine light. so the mud flaps cost $380 to replace with two techs doing the work, and $1784.00 to replace 3 batteries that were not bad (had them tested at interstate battery) with the other repairs they made up for a grand total of $4,512.00. To top it all off there was a giant grease glob left in the middle of my drivers seat, the techs and service writers at this shop are incompetent, crooks, and liars do not spend your hard earned money here.

I live in CA, and had to make the purchase via ACH transfer due to the amount. Now I've been trying to track down the money/check but continue to get run around. Servando Ruiz was great during the sales process, and he was told a check was sent to me. I told him we never received it so he referred me to their office. Michelle Spillers in the office told me she reached out to corporate and would give me an update, I asked for a call/email and haven't received either. They go further and tell us they will have 2 mechanics do a 90 point inspection. We don't have the truck more than 2 months and starts to implode. We ask the salesman to stand by his sale. No can do we are told! "Unforeseeable Damages"! So we say "how much to fix?" 5k they say to replace all the injectors....ouch but we agree. Well guess what once they got it apart..... they want another 8k!! Tell us its the only way to get it running! Tell them no way! Becks Trucks and especially Gary Beck is a crook. He advertised a 2004 Mack showing 400,000 miles…read moreand we bought it for a fair price. After going in for a large repair 3 months later the Mack dealer called me to say the ECM shows over 1,000,000 miles. After trying to get Becks trucks to make this right professionally I was told that he never said we should trust the mileage and that he doesn't put the mileage on sales orders on purpose. He told me to find a lawyer. This truck is not worth half of what we paid for it at the actual mileage and he offered not even an apology except that it was not his problem. Well its about to be Mr. Beck! On top of all that even if the mileage was not a complete case of fraud we are now are our second round of 60 day temp tags because he lost the titles and failed to tell me until the first round was expired. This guy and his business is a fraud and should have his dealer license taken away. We will be filing a suit within the week so I hope they are not mad because he is the one who told me to go get a lawyer. Do not even start negotiating with this guy you WILL get burned.
