Very poor support after the sale. Profiteering. Bought a 2008 Convertible for about 23,000. Returned 6 months later looking at trading it for a 2014 and was offered like 16,000 for it. I must have made a really bad decision, if it depreciated 69% in 6 months. Also, although I purchased an extended warranty, I ended up having the A/C compressor replaced, yet it cost me $900 for that and an electric seat repair, both of which should have been covered by warranty. read more

I purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Corvette black HTC Z51 3LT on March 7,2025. I went reapproved from my credit union. I had 4 vehicles I had selected from the site the night before. Marty Herrera said they don't take outside banks due to not getting draft payments for weeks. I said I didn't want all those dings on my credit. Marty ran my credit 4 times and none of the approved me due to not having any debt. I had top tier credit. I had my credit union on speaker while he explain this to me. She said he sounds shady. Sure, enough he has proven himself to be SHADY!!! Corvette World got the draft/funds by 4:30 pm on March 7. Marty let me leave the dealership without giving him my down payment. The salesman Jim, had to get permission to give me full tank of gas. There was no windshield fluid in the car. Shame on Corvette World!!! They never showed me the Accessory store or even offered to send me a key chain or hat for my troubles. They did not take anything off the car price, nor did I try to negotiate the price. This is my second corvette, but my first used car. Yes, I have been very blessed to drive every vehicle I ever wanted brand new. Say NO to Marty running your credit if you are already preapproved from your bank. Make sure all required maintenance has been performed. Make sure you are getting what you are paying for. I financed 70K and ended up spending 1,500.00, not to mention the 22K miles is coming up to service oil, oil filter, air filter and probably the transmission again per the GM and that's another 1,5 -1700.00. I would have been better off buying new or buying a certified from a Chevrolet dealership. On April 18,2025 the car shut down. The code reader was P187. Called wrecker and took to Auto shop. Tech found an aftermarket tracking device. Corvette World reimbursed me the $65.00, I didn't ask for wrecker fees. I received my check on Saturday April 19th. Yes, very quick and I was pleased. On April 20, 2025, at 6:30 pm the car would not start. I texted Marty to advise him of that. Once you try to start the car and don't start, the lights stay on and it drains the battery, it was completely dead by 11pm. April 21,2025 the car was completely dead. I called Bruce Lowrie dealership, and they gave me wrecker information. Got to the car to dealership and it needed a new battery of course, and the transmission was never maintained according to GM's maintenance book. Marty said they don't service anything unless an indicator is on, the service advisor said no light will come on you have to follow GM'S maintenance schedule. Per GM'S maintenance book/schedule it is required to service the transmission and flush the fluid. The service advisor spoke to Marty Herrera on the speaker phone to advise these things are required. Marty advised he would pay half, and I agreed. I sent Marty Herrera my receipt on April 23,205 went I picked up my car, and I reached out to Marty several times before May 7,2025 and he assured me my check was in the mail. I ended up needing a new transmission. read more

We purchased a corvette March 1 2023 we were promised the title within 10days, and never received. So we kept calling and talked to a gentlemen by the name of Marty and all we got was the runarounds, so we had to file a complaint with Dallas DMV to investigate the situation, and we finally received the title April 11 which we took to CA dmv and had to pay 1,000 in penalties for being over 30 days,and guess what Corvette World could care less, and also we paid cash for the car. I've been thinking about writing this review for a while. In Sept of last year I was having an engine problem with my '67 C2 L79. I was a new owner, knew a bit about the engine, but wanted things "done right". I called Corvette World on a recommendation. After 2 weeks and $2000+ (that's TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS) I got a minor tuneup, a very poorly "rebuilt" Holley carburetor, and no assurance that my engine problem was fixed. A week after I got the car back it wouldn't start. I'll skip my last stupid conversation with CW. Fast forward. I REALLY rebuilt the carburetor. I did a real tuneup. Car couldn't be running better and has been problem free. Chirping every gear. I have a lot of pix of the "rebuilt" carb as returned by CW (a couple below) and a lot of professional online opinions about the rebuild and cost. read more

Upon pulling up there was a number of people in the lot loitering about in front of the entrance listening to rap music out of their corvettes. If you've tried to purchase parts for a classic car from somewhere mainstream, like Auto Zone of Pep Boys, then you understand my pain. How many times has some fresh face punk who's never even looked under the hood of a car assured me that part was correct, that they checked it in the computer, just to get home and find the part completely wrong? More than the acceptable number. And what's more the fuel pump I purchased at Corvette Dallas was less expensive than the wrong one from Auto Zone. It doesn't hurt that they have a nice collection of vintage and new corvettes in the showroom to drool over. I brought my 2019 Grand Sport to CW to have an after market rear diffuser installed back in February and to my surprise the company sent me the incorrect bolts for the install. Chance Simpson indicated that the bolts were too small and I would have to get the correct ones for proper install. So went to The Home Depot and picked up 8 bolts that appeared to fit, but when I went back I found out those were too small as well. So safe to say I was extremely frustrated, but Chance Simpson had one of his installers run to Ace Hardware and get the correct bolts and my rear diffuser was correctly installed. This week I saw a C7-2016 Silver Convertible; automatic; 3LT with chrome wheels and custom brake calibers. I was hesitate to purchase sight unseen. So I contacted SuAnne Kim, a sales professional at Corvette World and inquired about the Vette's availability. She said the car was still in the inventory-so my son and I purchased airline tickets for early the next morning and was walking into the Corvette World dealership by 11;30 am the next day. SuAnne warmly met us and showed us the corvette. It was more perfect than the website pictures depicted. We went on a test drive and was hooked. SuAnne never pressured us in anyway. When it was time to go into the F &I office for the closing, we were professionally greeted by Marty. This process is usually the dreaded moment where you are pressured to buy warranties and extras. Yet, Marty simply briefly mentioned the extended warranty, but was very low key about it. Within 15 minutes paperwork was signed and we were getting a tour of our new vette. The Corvette World team are seasoned professionals, who know their product and have confidence in their company and process.
