    UPDATE: 08.16.2025 Once again, Van Hyundai's service (VHS) team was exceptional! It was time for our 24,000 mile service. My husband and I arrived 15 minutes early for our 1030 appointment. We were checked in and advised due to staffing, our wait would be approximately two hours. We went to the service waiting area. *side note - I greatly appreciate the CLEAN restrooms, snacks, coffee, and water! VHS text me the video of the multi-point vehicle inspection - greatness! The video let me know the cabin air filter needed to be replaced, showed me the old (very dirty) one, and gave me the cost to approve - AMAZING! Two hours later we were on our way. Needless to say, we were elated and will return for our 32,000 mile service!

    I agree with those who are saying AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! My wife and I purchased a vehicle for our daughter a couple days ago at this dealership and the customer experience was horrific, and I venture to say probably something I should report to the attorney general's office. Here is what happened...first, the sales consultant was clueless and obviously was someone to keep us busy until a "closer" could get to us. Seriously, someone who knows so little should NOT be in front of clients. We will get to her delivery later, but let's first talk about our experience with the closer.. Essentially, we wished to declined the "extras" and when signing the paperwork my wife noticed the price on the paperwork was significantly higher than our negotiated price. Turns out the items we wished to decline had been automatically added into the contract, making the price skyrocket, without ever giving us a choice to decline them. After squirming a bit, he tried to assure it was a simple mistake. Was it???? Personally, I have a very hard time believing that. I wonder if others have had this experience here and how prevalent this "mistake" has been with these folks. Either way the taste in our mouth is not good. The experience with the finance person after the closer was actually the bright spot of our experience. She was professional, efficient, personable, and up front and honest. If she could have been the one handling the entirety of the experience this would be a much different review. Now let's talk about the delivery experience...the sales consultant actually told our daughter, "you probably dont want to wait around for a delievery person, here's the keys, it's pretty basic, you can probably figure it out, just call us if there is something you can't figure out." When I insisted we be allowed to speak to a delivery person, guess who we got, the closer guy. I cannot bring myself to come back to this place.

    Here he is stating how it is $1000 over the online price and $366 fee for it being a used car

    Don't even attempt to contact them on a vehicle, they will tell you that their online price is not the correct price, they want to add an additional $1500 before i even set foot in the dealership! What sort of Scam are you running here?

Our Toyota Corolla's engine light came on and then the car stopped turning on at all. We were worried that it would be a huge issue and weren't able to take it to the dealership. Scheduling was super easy and quick. DFW Mobile Repair came to our home promptly at their scheduled time, and they did a great job communicating with us before, during, and after the service. It turns out it was a corroded battery. The price for the diagnostic and the service he completed was a fair price and I felt we were in good hands with honest mechanics. The technician even suggested we take the battery to autozone since it should still be under warranty and that is just what we did (they replaced it free of charge). Our car is back in business and we won't hesitate to use them again if the need should arise.

Countryside was the first who turned out to be a…read moredisaster told me I had a leak so he did what was necessary so he says, but he never did according to the next Mechanic Irving mobile auto repair.. They told me I needed a timing cover gasket.. I had a bad feeling so I took it to An actual Mechanic shop called Riviera auto diagnostic.. They said I do not need a timing cover gasket, which would've been an $800 job a quote from Irving Mobile. Riviera told me because of the first mess up country side did.. I needed an engine oil filter housing gasket a $14.99 part plus labor. They told me that countryside had squished oil all over the place which had to be cleaned up and the real problem fixed. I will never ever use Yelp again for a Mobile mechanic.. Irving Mechanic just pulled something out of the sky. The problem is, they don't have a hoist when it's in your driveway to really get to the problem.. I highly recommend Riviera auto diagnostic located in Pantego. These Mobile mechanics are a joke.!

    This is a scam, I should've known better. They promised all these services and only thing the guy…read moredid is a visual inspection...I didn't even consider the quote they gave me, because I don't think he actually saw where the leak was coming from. I looked at it and can see there was coolant in a few places, but I could not pin point the source and neither did he. You guys should do what you say you will do.
