I refuse to go back to such a poorly run establishment. I had an appt a few months ago but someone called me 2 hours beforehand to tell me my technician was out sick so I ended up going to a newer person and really didn't love her work. Sweet lady though! I recently had another appointment and they cancelled it 40 minutes beforehand because "I didn't confirm my appointment". He proceeded to tell me that all appts will get cancelled if the customer doesn't confirm after a few notifications. I never received anything to confirm, nor did anyone call. He then proceeds to tell me that my technician wasn't in anyway. sad that their Instagram "fame" changed operations for the worse.

Plus I don't like doing my make up early in the morning, so for that reason having my lashes done saves me time and frustration early in the am. I used to go their Queens location for years, now I am happy there is a salon right in Midtown. Steps away from my work!!! Come here for lashes! Do the classic set just to feel the quality, you will love it and people will think your lashes are your real ones! Classic looks so natural and beautiful right away. If you want more wow factor then go for 2D. Pick your shape: cat eye or wispy or the Barbie doll thing. Pick your length. Today I went for 3D: I want my eyes to look extra special, and yes, everyone will know those are extensions but let me tell you, these are good, evenly placed and smooth extensions that don't sting your eye. Plus when you want to look stunning at your party without fake lashes falling off and then last for another month this is it! Nothing compares to this salon's quality. Just trust me! Go and get your lashes done!

Heck, i don't even need botox bc my eyebrows look that good. as for the service itself, she offers a free touch-up about three months after the fact so she can get them perfect and not go too dark on the first try. her bedside manner is also killer (ask her about real housewives) and she's very calming while you're getting an exacto knife to your face (not really, but that's the precision that she uses.)

To the naked eye they looked full and natural, and up close I couldn't believe they weren't hers. She recommended Kait Paige. And I went on the website and made an appointment right away. Note.. she books up quick! Upon arriving at appointment Kait took a few pictures of my brows and we went over what my concerns were, what she thought would look best, color matching to my brows and proceeded to draw out on my brows with a brow pencil of what they were going to look like. Microfeathering itself is a bit different because she's hiding the hairs within the brows to mimic brow hair. She answered all of my questions and then put numbing cream on to sit for 30 minutes. The shop itself is relaxing and beautiful, and I hung out in a comfy blue chair as I waited. Also loved the 90s playlist. The process was painless and she let me look at what she was doing several times throughout the appointment with the hand mirror. Kait herself is sweet and we had some fun small talk during the appointment. It was also cool to learn that she had been a medical esthetician for 12 years prior to cosmetic tattooing. So lucky me, I got to have a free skin care consult and get her honest opinion on products and laser. When she was done, my brows looked amazing!! She filled in the sparseness at the ends I've always hated and then strategically placed strokes throughout the brow to make it look fuller. After we took some photos, she gave me the aftercare kit and explained the aftercare process. Basically no water on brows for 10 days and ointment for the first 2 days. Sounds tough but the kit has brow shields and ointment so it's really simple to follow. She told me to contact her with any questions I had. We then made the appointment for my touch up appointment and I headed out to show my brows to all my friends. *UPDATE*- it's been a month and I have saved 20 minutes every morning from not having to fill in my brows with pencil. I contacted Kait a few times because I wanted to know if certain things were normal ( now I know they fade during the process but come back a few days later.. phew!) and she was so sweet and responded quickly to any questions I had. Several people that I know that have gone to her say the same thing, which shows me that she actually cares about her clients. I look forward to the next appointment and cannot recommend her enough!!

This is when I thought that I should go and leave a review for the great work Christina did almost a YEAR ago. I must say, all my life I had almost no brows and about a year ago I figured I am done with the daily creativity of putting something on that empty place. I did research and really liked the idea of microblading (permanentish, looks real). In fact, it was very important for me to have real looking brows that match the hair (dark blond). Christina, as an artist, did an amazing job!!! I really wanted a woke up beautiful look, and she did it!! She penned a couple of 'hairs' to be slightly inperfect ( you know how naturally, hair doesn't always line up nicely) which makes those brows look very mine. She is a true artist that listened to what I wanted and created custom work that delivered more than I expected. Thank you!!
