The Baked Bear is located in the Seaholm complex between Cesar Chavez and 3rd Streets near West Avenue. After a couple of samples, I decided on Blackberry Crumble. Our server was so sweet and kind including suggesting some of the shop's favorites. OMG the ice cream was so smooth...so flavorful...so absolutely delicious to eat. The crisps were an interesting powdery nougat with mango bits and a caramel like drizzle. When bit into, the nougat is cool and a bit creamy. The mango pudding was quite good with a very mango taste and a little bit of mango in the pudding itself. All the signature items (have pink crowns on the menu) are quite good from the multiple times I've come by.

One of us got the pumpkin and it had such a pleasant light flavor to it that wasn't cloying or artificial. So good. One of us had to get ube and black sesame in a cup because you couldn't swirl them and both flavors were delicious, as was the unique red bean paste (which we fell for when we were in Japan this past summer). If not for the sanitary conditions and semi-catatonic workers, this would be four stars.
