Half eaten fluffy lemon ricotta pancakes
    Jessie G.

Food is always fresh and they have the fluffiest pancakes - Lemon Ricotta- as big as your face! Hubby finished his banana and blueberries stuffed French toast topped with corn flakes - before I could take pictures but it was delicious, sweet, and topped with fresh blueberries. Service was great even though they were busy for a Saturday morning. Oh automatic 18% gratuity is added. They also honor military discount thank you very much.

What a wonderful place! Service was so friendly and so attentive gave so much advice as a visiting guest to the area. Server was very knowledgeable of the menu and the food was a great portion and quality for the price and such a family oriented and friendly welcoming place can't wait to return!

I really hate giving Berry Fresh a 4 but because of my burger and price of our drinks, I couldn't give them a 5. However, their coconut cream pancakes are out of this world, I literally said "wow" out loud after every bite. The bloody Mary's were pretty good, but after being offered a double (not tasting the fact it was a double) and seeing the bill I was taken aback. Also, the smash burger was quite boring/bland, luckily the fries were on point! The size of the pancake for the weekday special was mind blowing, I don't think my daughter even conquered an eighth of it. Everyone else enjoyed their meals and our service was stellar. We will surely be back.

What I paid for this burnt, dry sandwich
    Andrea B.

I ordered this using my Uber eats credit and had to work thru my lunch. I decided to order this and eat at my desk. I saw this sandwich and it sounded good but what I received was a lack of quality control. I mean whoever manages the kitchen l, to allow something like that to leave out foor a delivery is shameful. People work hard for thier money and to get food that looks like that says very little for this business and the people who manage it. I work close enough to walk to it but could not take this back to get a refund. If this is the kind of quality theyre ok with, trust that I will be spending my money somewhere else.

We came here on a recommendation for breakfast while visiting Stuart. We were greeted and seated quickly in a booth by the bar area. The atmosphere was very nice, casual, and a laid-back vibe. However, it took our server a long time to come to our table. When she finally arrived, we put in our order. She explained some special boxes listed on the menu and explained that an 18% gratuity is added to everyone's bill. When my apple juice arrived, it was in a tall frosted mug that kept the juice cold. The Challah French Toast had to much of a butter cinnamon taste for me, however, the side of applewood bacon was very good. They also have a special QR code to scan for GLP-1, Vegan, and Gluten free menu options.

Food was great and they took us in a small area all for ourselves which is always fantastic Service was rough at the beginning but it all went smooth.

This was my first time at Berry Fresh Cafe. The food was great and the service was SPECTACULAR. We came here for an early lunch on a weekday and had Brian as our server. He paid attention to all the detailed requests I had for my kids' orders, made us feel welcomed even with two unruly kids, and is just a ray of sunshine. They already automatically include gratuity in the bill, but his services prove he's earned it (and more!). I ordered one meal for my two tots, and he automatically brought it out split on two plates (details! I'm telling ya!). I love that their menu is so vast and varied in options that there's something for everyone. You can go big with their mega breakfast burrito or go for a lighter affair like an açaí bowl. Of course we had to order their cinnamon roll but we were too full with our lunch to eat there so we got it for home. It's literally the size of your face and delicious!

    Fantastic biscuits
    James S.

Having visited Berry Fresh previously (see my previous review) where I thoroughly enjoyed their biscuits (which are fantastic), I decided to visit once again and try one of their interesting dishes (of which there are tons). On this occasion, I brought along my brother. I chose the bananas, and blueberries foster stuffed French toast, with a link sausage side. My brother chose the lemon ricotta pancakes. For good measure, we shared an order of the biscuits and gravy. THE AMBIANCE: Visiting on a Sunday morning, the place was packed with servers and guests sprinting about everywhere. Booths were comfortable. The restaurant as always is clean and bright. If you're dining alone and want to read on your iPad, forget it. Officially they "say" they have WiFi but it never works. For me this is the primary reason I won't dine here when alone (which is often). But if you're with others, this shouldn't be a problem (since you shouldn't be on your phone or tablet while dining with others anyway). THE SERVICE: Ann was our server and she was great. Talkative, friendly and spot on with our service. If possible, seek her out! She's a hoot. As for our food, it came quickly and was prepared and presented just as described. THE FOOD: My bananas and blueberries foster stuffed French toast was FANTASTIC! Crispy on the outside gooey goodness on the inside. Definitely recommended. If you're interested in sausage, get the patty as neither of us liked link sausage. The lemon ricotta pancakes were light and fluffy and LARGE! They were good, but not the best I've had. The biscuits and gravy were super. When you make the best biscuits in town, you need to make sure your sausage gravy is up to snuff and with its just right texture gravy and plenty of pieces of yummy sausage, this one most assuredly is top of the line. My brother had a latte which he said was great. I had a hot tea which unfortunately can't come with my usual steamed milk (because they can't individually steam the milk) was fine. THE BOTTOM LINE: As always, my "customer so what" comes down to... would I come back? If your looking for a great breakfast and wish to try some unusual dishes AND if your dining, with friends or family, most definitely, yes. As a single (especially if your iPad is your morning paper), even though the food is great and the service spot on, at least in my case, no.

    Birria cheesy grit special. Amazing!

This place is fantastic. From the service to the food it's always over the top. I can't say enough great things. The staff and bartenders make you feel like family and are very friendly. The manager is phenomenal, always helpful and very hands on. Quickly became one of my favorite spots.

Vegan Breakfast Sandwich (served with non-vegan side of grits & regular butter - see my review) $11.99
    Jessi M.

I had some doubts coming in today because they removed their vegan menu but they still have the YoEgg and vegan cheddar slices. I was dying for the vegan egg sandwich I got before but despite it not being on the menu, my sandwich today exceeded expectations! Our server worked with us on building the sandwich of my breakfast dreams! I ordered the Papa T's Famous Egg Sandwich and subbed Rye bread, vegan egg, vegan cheddar and no aioli. It was still $14.99 and came with a side. For the kids, they split the Spring Berry Açaí Bowl ($1 upcharge for PB) and we were all happy campers. I also noticed they had a selection of Oatmilk beverages. I didn't get one bc I already had coffee but my husband did and it was mediocre. For some reason it arrived lukewarm so I'd recommend they heat the milk, considering it's a latte. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience. It'd be nice if they kept the vegan menu bc it doesn't cost anything to have it listed if it's already available. For crying out loud, there's a GLP-1 menu, but not a vegan one? I guess vegan isn't a trend anymore.

Blueberry Fritters (6) with strawberry yogurt for dipping
    Michael C.

We started with the blueberry fritters, they were really good for my breakfast. I got the omg corned beef hash was awesome very tasty. The wife got the Breakfast burrito she said it was absolutely amazing. the service was perfect our servers name was Sage she was extremely nice and made us feel like we where at home. the ambiance was nice not too bright and homey. the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend Berry fresh the wife and I truly enjoyed our breakfast experience.

Used to be better. Bigger portions. Now it is hard to find anything healthy on the menu. 7" vegan wrap for $16. Moving on.

I only gave my husband one bite and the mussels were too die for! We came back 8 months later and the mussels are still on point the crab and corn fritters aren't fritters they aren't all bread. They're more like fried crab cake balls and the tartar sauce is superb! My husband this time got the scampi shrimp of course .he is not a pasta person. He absolutely loved it. My vodka parm was also very good. ( I never get anyone's because I make it every Christmas Eve for 40 people and mine to me is hard to beat) my husband is less bias and loves the parm. This place is a gem that needs more attention! Their drinks are spectacular also great wait staff and owner is super interactive!

Hoping for better luck, we moved to the bar, where we then sat for another 10 minutes without anyone helping us. When we politely approached the waitress to ask for assistance, she was disrespectful and argumentative instead of apologetic. As we were leaving, another customer even mentioned that a different waitress there is usually much better, which makes it even more disappointing that our experience was so poor. Customer service and professionalism really matter, and sadly this visit fell far below expectations

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It was one of those brunches where everything just hits right--great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

When is La Grande not so Grande?…read more Been wanting to visit this classic restaurant in historic downtown Stuart since my move to Stuart. Tucked in the old Post Office Arcade building, its partially hidden walkway leading to the restaurant only adds to what lies ahead. As you enter you step into a world that speaks to a time of classic old world elegance. Antiques, elegant draping window coverings and a beautiful fountain at its center, this restaurant brings to mind what a dining experience was like in the nineteenth century. Unfortunately, the service and food sadly do not match the exquisite ambience. SERVICE : The service, or should I say lack of service was evident from our first step in the door. We waited for several minutes before anyone noticed we were standing there waiting. Once noticed, we explained that we had a 7 pm reservation which the hostess of course could not find. She scanned the restaurant (which was empty at the time) and told us she would see if she could find us a table. After several minutes we finally were seated. Another 15 minutes past before someone walked past and asked if we had been taken care of, which of course we had not. He assured us that he would get someone as soon as possible, which added another 10 minutes to our already extended wait. Eventually our "server" showed up. You'll note that I put the word server in quotes because this person was anything but a server. So as not to bore you with specifics, let's just say I have a problem calling someone a "server" who is totally incapable of serving! A person who doesn't understand "medium rare", who misses several ordered sides and charges us for dishes we never received clearly doesn't deserve the term "server". THE FOOD: There were three people in our party. For appetisers, we ordered the Martier Escargot which had a bitter taste because of the burned butter, the Blueberry Brie Crostini, which turned out to be the best dish of the evening was outstanding, and the potato goat cheese puffs were light and delightful. For our entree's, we ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon which was overcooked, dry and tasteless, the New Zealand Lamb Chasseur which was fine except for the missing asparagus (which our server assured us he would get back out and immediately forgot) and finally the 12 oz Prime New York Strip which was cooked well done instead of the medium rare requested. I do need to mention that the garlic risotto was fantastic, creamy and tasty. Unfortunately, we had to enjoy it at home as our server didn't bring it until we were completely done with our meals! As far as desserts go, after our 1 1/2 hour stay, we decided to forego any additional pain and accordingly skipped dessert. Finding our server throughout the night was a challenge of hide and seek and this includes getting our final bill which, as mentioned above, took three trips to get right! The Ambiance: This is an absolutely beautiful restaurant that cries for matching service and a creative efficient kitchen that produces dishes that represent their grand names. THE BOTTOM LINE: As with all my reviews, we come to what I like to call the "customer so what". Would I come back? The answer... as a walk through to see what elegant dining looked like in the 19th century... absolutely! Perhaps you could sit at the bar and enjoy a Manhattan but, to dine? The offerings, as mentioned, were a mixed bag but unless you're into the pain of some of the worst service you'll ever experience, absolutely not!
