I am from Las Vegas and have to say that the cranberry turkey sandwich is as good as any i have ever had. Better than capriottes which was voted best in Las Vegas and famous for their cranberry turkey sandwich. The lemon poppy seed dressing is delicious. I love the fact you sit yourself and service is fast, friendly, and efficient. From the time I sat down to order was just a couple minutes and to getting the food in less than 10 minutes. My wife and popped in foe lunch yesterday. She had the tuna melt special and I had the cheesesteak sandwich with au jus. We both enjoyed them. The side we chose was clam chowder, it was light brown, grainy. The au jus by itself was better. It has a flight of stairs to get into it. read more

this is my absolute favorite place for lunch in Lewis county. I have yet to ever have a bad meal from here. I almost always get the crab and provolone sandwich which is amazing, and always the warm side of bread and honey butter. I never have room for dessert but I'm going there tomorrow and I am on a mission to try! I have had the creme brulee french Toast for breakfast there as well and it was heavenly. I had liked this place so much for lunch I thought I'd try breakfast. Boy, was that a mistake! We ordered our breakfasts which included biscuits and gravy. The biscuits wee completely dry and the gravy was cold. We called the waitress back and she apologized and said she would take care of it. Upon her return with the re-fired plates, she said, "These should be hit, I can see steam." I looked at the plates and could not see any steam. We again tried our food and they were still cold. I even put my finger in my gravy to show her it was so cold that I could leave them on the gravy without fear of being burned. What a waste of time. If you want a good breakfast in Centralia, go to Judy's. The service and food there after we left Berry Fields was not even comparable. Judy's is way better! read more

So I've never left a review but the service was so bad that I took the time to actually make an account and write a review. The service was horrible and the staff was very rude. It took our waitress 20 minutes to take our order and there wasn't but 5 other customers in the restaurant at the time, then it took another 40 minutes for our food to actually arrive at our table. I will say the portions were large but the food was bland and barely at room temperature. Wouldn't recommend and the bread is shit. read more

$30 for breakfast for two is too much to have to put up with sloppy service. The omelet was great, the hash browns were cold and greasy and the single slice of toast was cold as well. The worst part, my coffee cup was empty for several minutes...with only 6 other two top tables and at least 2 other servers, that should never have happened. This cafe mainly serves soup, salads, and sandwiches for lunch. They serve their breakfast specials until 11 am. I ordered a hamburger and it tasted good. The place serves really good sandwiches and are pretty big. The place is clean and the wait staff were available but were not in our face the whole time. They have many pies and have cheesecake, all homemade. I had the caramel almond cheesecake and it tasted great. I would come in to this place just to get dessert Togo. Only downside to the restaurant is that they serve a lot of salads but they don't make homemade ranch dressing. They make other dressings homemade, but not ranch? . Google said this place got a 4.6 out of five, so we stopped in for breakfast. It was late morning, only a few tables of customers. We sat down and the waitress came pretty quickly. I ordered coffee and my partner ordered tea. The tea came with a good selection of individual packets to choose from. My partner was pleased it included honey for a sweetener, however, we had to go find our own silverware to stir it in. The menu had biscuits and gravy. Now, ordering biscuits and gravy at a restaurant is always a risky proposition, but they had a 4.6 rating, so I figured I was safe. Not so much. On the positive side, the biscuits were big and fluffy and toasted so they had some crunch. Very nice. On the negative side, the gravy was highly disappointing. Lots of white gravy, almost no sausage. Seriously, sausage is supposed to be an ingredient, not a seasoning. It had very little flavor. My partner had eggs, sausage, hash browns and wheat toast. He ordered the eggs basted medium well. He got some very runny eggs. Hash browns with no flavor and under cooked. He did like the toast and sausage. At the end of the meal, the server came and took my plate, mostly still full of food. She didn't ask if we enjoyed the food. I think the answer was obvious by how much we ate.My partner had stepped away from the table, his plate mostly full as well. She offered a box, I told her he still wanted his tea, but was done with his food. She brought back a to go cup for the tea but left the plate of food. Their website says they were voted Best Breakfast in Lewis County. If that's true, I feel sorry for Lewis County. read more

So yummy! I was in town for work training and this place was suggested by locals. Came in on a Thursday during the lunch hour. You seat yourself, even if the table is dirty they'll come over and clean it if they see you siting down. I got the Ruben sandwich and the marionberry cobbler (I LOVE MARIONBERRY). I was satisfied with the portion and flavors. I didn't finish my sandwich or cobbler so I had a yummy dinner from it:) Friendly service and attentive. We came here for breakfast several weeks ago on a Saturday morning. They were busy but we were able to get a table immediately upon arriving. The restaurant is clean and our waitress was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere is casual, relaxed, and feels very "country kitchen"-esque. Prices are reasonable, portions are large, and the food is good! They definitely offer up hearty, comfort breakfast food. We ordered chicken fried steak which came with hash browns, egg, and toast or biscuit. Their homemade biscuits and jam are a treat. The eggs benedict and biscuits with sausage and gravy looked promising. They also have omelettes, waffles, french toast, etc. We will definitely be back to try more! read more

We live out of the area, but come to Centralia from time to time. I have wanted to try Berry Fields and we (dh) finally did this morning. After always hearing only good things, I was pretty disappointed with my breakfast today. The hasbrown that were served weren't cooked through at all, they were more raw than cooked, so much so I gave up on them after a few awful bites. My husband's hashbrowns on the other hand were cooked properly. My over easy egg, had no warmth, it had clearly been sitting around for a while, it's funny I expect my eggs to be warm when I eat them. The last complaint was that one-half of my english muffin was burnt. On the bright side, we had really good service. I was looking forward to coming for lunch next time we are in the area, but after today, no so much. read more

I am so happy I stopped here for my lunch on my way to Portland from Seattle. I called in and they had my meal ready for pickup. Super friendly service and the food and was deliciously homemade. It's only 1.5 miles off the freeway and definitely worth the short detour. This will be a regular stop for me during my trips up and down I5.
