BUYER BEWARE!! This is a one star rating because no stars was not available. Agents are mismanaged and extremely unprofessional. Have waited and wasted nearly 9 months attempting to purchase one of their listings, offered full price, turns out their client did not have the legal right to sell the property listed. This is the sort of information you would think would keep a listing off the MLS to begin with. Nope! With Berney Reality illegally is no big deal. They'll list anything and be an absolute nightmare to deal with just for fun. If you are searching for a home and see the listing agent belongs to this boiler room agency... just click on past. Would never recommend Shannon Nelson! She is unprofessional and sneeky. Put us off on an offer for 3 days, then accepted another offer within those 3 days. She did not even have the courtesy to call us, or give us an option to increase our offer. Super unethical!! read more

Absolutely the worst, went to buy a house with a tenant, was told tenant would move withing 30 days of contract purchase. This was a lie, I had to move my closing date out by 60 days. Then I signed a contract wanting Appraisal done first, before any inspections. they did all inspections, and I refused to pay for them. Then the Tenant slammed my arm in the door, causing a nice bruise in my arm, because the listing agent from Berney never took care of the tenant being in the house when people were coming to look at it. I backed out based on those premises and again Berney wanted me to pay for inspections before releasing my earnest money, stating my Lender USAA directed the inspections first. Which was another lie. It seems this real estate company is out foe the quickest buck, and doesn't care who they stomp on to get it. As of today I never signed a cancellation agreement and they listed the house back on the market. read more
