Aloha, Beware of Travis Bradley and his wife Amber Chrismer, AKA "Green and Clean yard clean up and services".. There are likely much better options out there. PSA: Hoping to alert folks to a bad actor out there (who I guess still can try to save face by doing the right thing and refunding labor $$ and or returning stolen items). Recently I posted to get a little bit of help with a home of ours in Incline and Travis from Green and Clean contacted me. After a few interactions I sent him some money to get materials and install at our house. Fast forward weeks with a couple of miscues and last min cancellations I started to smell a rat and tried to pressure him to provide receipts, confirm when he would come and install and the excuses just kept coming. People sick, car accidents, our materials being in the car as a "total loss", no receipts... Yesterday we gave him one last chance and he said he would be in touch this morning. You guessed it, no contact. I did a bit more digging and found this disastrous Yelp profile. I'm not the first person to have a bad experience with these people. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks. I don't think they'll either leave the items they've supposedly purchased with my money and or refund the labor money, but if they do I will gladly update this to let you all know that they tried to make it right. Remember to never give a deposit for service! Keep it Green and Clean Yard Clean Up and Service took a $250 deposit to clean a small back yard of minimal weeds. Because of a time constraint and having to move with the military, the date of service was important. I paid 400.00 to clear the back yard at a house on york way in sparks nv ..He did cut the weeds down but never raked them up just left the mess there,, Never sent me a receipt or sent pictures of the job he did as he said he would..I called him regarding this and never returned my calls...Please be careful and check up on people before you hire them.. Beware of using this husband and wife pair to do your yard. We good them to clear a prob of our back yard (the only person that hasn't been finished), lay weed barrier and DG, fill in a hold under the air-conditioning, and fix up our dog kennel, and extend a bit of sprinklers. He quoted us for everything and we were responsible for the material, he would tell us what to buy and how much we would need. He wanted half upfront. We paid the half up front. The first week, they showed up for for 3 half days. The second day he said we don't have enough weed barrier, we will have to get more. (When purchasing this I called him from Lowe's, and he told me exactly what do buy and how much). He also told me to get the won't size, so we could have saved almost $200 by getting a different size that covered more ground. On the 3rd day, he asked for more money, so they can buy I new wheel borrow, they haven't even finished half of the job. I explained that want part of the deal, we have a wheel barrow they can use. We will pay the rest when they finished. They got mad and left for the day. I called them and mentioned that they left bags of trash of the side of the yard that or dogs were and that it dogs may tear it up, I asked if they could move it. They told me no, they are no going to the dump yet, and the wife I could here yelling at me in the back round. It was 5 days before they returned again having one excuse or another for why they couldn't make it, and said they would finish. They asked for payment saying there was about 30 minutes of work left. We will then a check and they disappeared almost immediately. They left a whole lot uncompleted. They left weed barrier showing above the DG by the fences, which my dogs immediately pulled up. It was laid very think in some areas. They left at least 4 yards of DG unused. They didn't finish the kennel at all. I wish we would have spent the extra $1000 to how a larger will known company. I have spent hours finishing their job. They also broke or wheelbarrow. I found parts in the DG just laid, and they didn't even tell us. The wheel was falling off and the tire had a huge hole in it. I had to spend $60 on a new one yesterday These people will give you every excuse for why they can't show up, they will do half of the job, and bleed you for money. Do not use them read more

After 3 months of service, Keep It Green and Clean failed to keep the agreed upon date of service. There were 3 documented no shows and reschedules which deemed the company unreliable. I do realize that other priorities come up from time to time, but it appears that I am not the only patron that experienced this situation. These folks are probably better at hitting those "one and done" projects. read more

Booked these guys to do yard and weed clean up and edging on the yard because with our busy schedules I haven't been able to do it on my own. The job was not finished in the agreed upon time - only some things the kids left in the backyard after cleaning out the dog kennel were removed. Only the large weeds were pulled (they were not even picked up from the ground but left for me to clean up when I came home) and all the small weeds (which is what I've been having a problem removing) as well as a quarter of the yard and the edging agreed upon were not completed. When my fiancé reached out they claimed their "truck broke down" and that they would be back the following day. My fiancé told them we were not interested in them returning but to keep the half we had already paid. The owner then felt it was ok to make a post on Facebook slandering us with untrue information about what happened. Avoid at all costs. read more

Demanded payment before the job was done and the wife became hysterical when asked to finish raking the piles of debris yelling that she was taking us to court for non payment when they never finished the job which WAS PAID IN FULL because we trusted that they would finish. You will never find a yard care service that is absolutely committed to keeping your property in tip top condition. They do a Phenomenal job in every aspect of lawn care service. Scammer alert! Keep it green and clean landscaping is one of the biggest mistakes I've made in quite some time. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt. And in the end it cost me. I'm only giving this business one star because it was mandatory to leave a review. We chose this company, a husband a wife "team" to perform twice monthly lawn maintenance for my elderly parents who live in NV (We are in CA). From the beginning there were red flags, but we chose to look past them and give these folks a real chance. First it was $600- half down- to trim and remove hedges, spray for weeds (front and back) and thatch and seed the lawn. Hedges got trimmed and we had them place them in the burn pile to save the dump fee. They only sprayed the front and had to be asked to come back and finish. He seeded without thatching and the seeds are still sitting on top of the dirt. Then the excuses came, one reason or another why they needed more money or the yard needed something additional. The dead spots are still dead. The no shows became a problem. When he did finally show up he did a terrible job and my dad had to go out and redo it. This is all pre-paid of course. From day one we had problems with them bringing their children to "work" with them. I have 7 children myself and understand that when I am working I must have outside care for my children. I cannot focus on the job I'm being paid to do if I'm also distracted. Let's add to that, if one of those babies gets hurt on my parent's property, they are liable... When we let them know their services were no longer required (via text because they wouldnt answer the phone and their voicemail was full), his response to was blame my dad's lawn equipment and even sent a . STAY. FAR. FAR. AWAY. **My dad had offered his lawn equipment as it is cordless and would save on fuel costs. read more

We had a significant fly issue in our backyard. I am talking about hundreds of flies - an infestation. After two exterminators and numerous phone calls to various local businesses, we had nearly given up. What's worse, these people were dismissive and cavalier. Then we came across this company. He validated our frustration and eradicated my fly problem. I highly recommend using these guys. I will use them again. read more

Do not hire these people. They requested and received half upfront, gave a date of when service would be completed, then did not perform the duties on that date. they did not contact us, I had reached out to them and they then claimed an emergency job came up. We were flexible about it, despite the inconvenience, and accepted that they would be their the next day; the work was not completed the next day. The third day came around and I reached out and they said they were headed that way. They arrived and left before anyone could view the work, sending a message that they were done. Upon review we saw that half of the work was not completed, they were then contacted and asked to return to complete the job, a list was provided of what had been missed. He said they could not, despite having said they would work until the job was done. Repeated attempts to get the work completed resulted in them being unprofessional and refusing to do the rest of the job. They then began requesting they remainer of payment even though the work was not completed, and started harassing multiple people threatening that they would come find us and make us pay. it was extremely over the top. Now demanding we owe more than the remaing half. Very disagreeable situation. read more

We hired this team to do leaf clean up. After receiving the major part of the payment, they did not show up to finish the job. They did not answer phone calls. We left a threatening message, and they did show up, but the finishing work was unsatisfactory and they left a huge bag of leaves. read more
