Keep It Green and Clean Yard Clean Up and Services

Aloha, Beware of…read moreTravis Bradley and his wife Amber Chrismer, AKA "Green and Clean yard clean up and services".. There are likely much better options out there. PSA: Hoping to alert folks to a bad actor out there (who I guess still can try to save face by doing the right thing and refunding labor $$ and or returning stolen items). Recently I posted to get a little bit of help with a home of ours in Incline and Travis from Green and Clean contacted me. After a few interactions I sent him some money to get materials and install at our house. Fast forward weeks with a couple of miscues and last min cancellations I started to smell a rat and tried to pressure him to provide receipts, confirm when he would come and install and the excuses just kept coming. People sick, car accidents, our materials being in the car as a "total loss", no receipts... Yesterday we gave him one last chance and he said he would be in touch this morning. You guessed it, no contact. I did a bit more digging and found this disastrous Yelp profile. I'm not the first person to have a bad experience with these people. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of these folks. I don't think they'll either leave the items they've supposedly purchased with my money and or refund the labor money, but if they do I will gladly update this to let you all know that they tried to make it right. As of now they've decided to ghost and I'm trying to help the next person. Happy New Year, thanks for the space! O'

Remember to never give a deposit for service! Keep it Green…read moreand Clean Yard Clean Up and Service took a $250 deposit to clean a small back yard of minimal weeds. Because of a time constraint and having to move with the military, the date of service was important. Not only was the company a no show but after multiple excuses and promise to refund, we have been ghosted! Buyer beware!

When I've used…read morelocally owned and operated Arbor Pros LLC, they've delivered what they advertise and did what they said they would do, their customer service was adequate, and they have a daily 10% Veterans Discount. Arbor Pros owner / operator Chayce Cassani was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Arbor Pros really wowed me 28 September 2022 at the 8th Annual Saluting Branches Arborists United For Veteran Remembrance Day of Service at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Saluting Branches is the largest one-day volunteer event in the tree industry. https://www.salutingbranches.org/ On that day, volunteers donate their talents and services to the caring of trees at 77 Veteran properties nationwide. My family and I were at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery on that day for three-and-a-half hours with more than 300 other volunteers. Arbor Pros was also there volunteering and they helped trim trees as well as remove both problematic and dead trees. They provided their knowledge and expertise on caring and maintaining the trees and shrubbery at Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery to keep it properly beautiful and reverently well-manicured. Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery is located on 40 acres of land owned and maintained by the State of Nevada. https://veterans.nv.gov/benefits-and-services/northern-nevada-veterans-memorial-cemetery/ It is business such as Arbor Pros that are on the front lines of fighting to reduce the staggering and horrifying number of Veterans who daily succumb to suicide at the rate of more than twice that of non-Veterans. The owners of this business like their Freedom so their publicly disclosed daily Veterans Discount is their daily thank you to Veterans. It provides a resource to ensure Veterans (rare 7% of the population) and GIs (rare one-half of one percent of the population) opportunity to participate in American Dream Veterans and GIs' sacrifices have made possible for 100% of the population. When any business has a Military and Veterans Discount, the impression of that business' brand improves not only with Active Duty and Veterans it also improves with customers who aren't Active Duty or who aren't Veterans. Having an Active Duty and Veterans Discount is clearly an easy and inexpensive way, and a Patriot way, for any business to create a positive impression of the business among people in and outside of the Military Community. Over and over 95% of current and past Military Personnel and their families say that they notice when companies are "Military-Friendly" or "Veteran-Friendly" and that an Active Duty and Veteran Discount is what gives an immediate and positive first impression to any business. That also means 95% of current and past Military Personnel and their families notice when companies are not "Military-Friendly" "Veteran-Friendly" and when companies don't have an Active Duty and Veteran Discount and that gives an immediate and negative first impression to any business. A Veterans Discount is particularly important to all Disabled Veterans unable to be employed as they are on a very small and fixed income for life. Thank you, Arbor Pros for practicing Proverbs 3:27 "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act." There's something to be said for having so many desirable traits that are in such short supply elsewhere. I so love it when businesses do everything so well that I'm able to write the glowing reviews.

I stopped to let them know and they indicated that they were very aware and we're taking care. That's so cool most people would just chop the limb off and who cares what happens to the bab,s, so I appreciate how Arbor Pros care for nature

Once they finished their work on the trees, they even tidied up my back yard and patio, so it looked better when they left than it had when they arrived. The foreman was lovely and explained everything, and the rest of the guys were just as nice. They seemed to be a happy bunch, and I think I even heard one singing while he was working! The price was fair. I got a senior discount, which helped. I had intended to get other quotes before I hired them, but the other two tree services I called didn't even bother to call me back. I will use Wilson Tree Works again.

In Dec of 2024 we hured them to trim our trees as they had broken limbs from what we thought was too much fruit on them that year. So the Pollarded them and cleaned up the mess and did very well with that. However in May of 2026 we had further problems with the trees they had worked on. They did not grow back as they said the would and they looked strange. When Robert Wilson came out to quote what needs to be done he mentioned that they had disease from the last time they were here. I responded that he had never told us there was a problem other than needing to be cut back. He ignored this and proceeded to tell me that one of my peach trees were gone and needed to come out and although the other one had wood bur roughing worms he thought he could save it by trimming it back more and spraying it with insecticide. He said out other trees were fine and did not have the disease. I mentioned that we always had problems with worms in the pears since day one and I was concerned. He said that just a good treatment would take care of that. And he checked the other smaller fruit trees we have and assured me they were ok. I agreed to the service once again and it was scheduled for June 1 2026. When the work team showed up and we showed them what was happening and that we had new trees to plants back in the same spots if it was safe for us to do so that we did not want them to get infected too. They assured us is was ok to do so. Upon looking at the trees, they determined that the boss had missed the fact the the pear tree hd very severe disease that was part of the genetics of the tree and there was no saving it. We elected to have the pear tree taken out and the original peach that he said was gone and have the other one cut back and treated as Robert had suggested. I again asked that they check all the other trees to make sure they were all clear and was told they were fine and showed no signs of disease. They did a good job taking out the trees and cleaning up. They treated at ground level with a drench to all the trees and sprayed a fungicide on the remaining larger peach. it's not 10 days later and while doing yard work I noticed that the other smaller trees are now showing signs of these wood worms. I Called Robert to ask how I should proceed to treat these, if I should use the spray that the guys used and he proceeded to tell me that he did not think any of the trees were going to live as they were to bad and to small to survive. I told him I wish I had knew that ahead of time as I would not have spent another 700 dollars on more trees that his guys said was safe to do. He proceeded to tell me that not only because of the disease but that it was too late in the season to plant trees so they were going to die anyway. I asked if there was a chance if I used the same spray on them that they had used to treat the peach tree and he said no, and laughed, that that was going to kill the peach tree most likely anyway because I insisted on having it sprayed. He proceeded to tell me good luck and he didn't suggest that we put in new tress later as the soil in Nevada was horrible for fruit trees and they almost always die. $1900 wasted. I do not suggest anyone trust this company to treat your trees as all they want to do is LIE to you and take your Money!
