As where other companies couldn't even get someone out for the next few days, let alone the same day and on a Saturday! We used them again today for our sink in the kitchen having a leak, the gentleman who showed up was very professional, explained what was wrong and fixed in it just a few minutes. They're always priced so fair, they gave us a breakdown of cost and in today's world it's so nice knowing they aren't going to price gauge you. We cannot recommend using them enough! We hope in the future they had on toilet services as we definitely would've used them for that too last month. 10/10 recommend them!

Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

He removed me from the schedule and waited patiently till I had things manageable with her to reschedule. Showed up when he said he would once we set a date. Showed me licenses to help with my concerns and did not fuss about it. I can honestly say I trust this guy. He earned that trust. The flooring I picked sucked and he was sad that we did not pick it out together so he picked up a few minor things to make the job pop and stay more solid. He also suggested I get warranties on the flooring. Which is good communication and honesty and knowledge about product and concern for our financial and home stability. When done, he even came back a few times to dial some things in better so that we would love the job. I am definitely adopting him as my handyman! And the very pleasant family is welcome to come help anytime! :) This is a person I would leave my keys with and by mid job we did and got a room at a hotel with the dog which made it a mini-vacation rather than a terror!
