He…read moregave me some great ideas on what to do with the yard as this was my first house I've had landscaped. I had initially planned to have concrete poured and he suggested pavers and as you can see it turned out amazing! We had a massive amount of work done, he installed a drip system for all of the plants along the fence, a sprinkler system for the grass, pavers, concrete boarders, 21 plants, 2 japanese maples, DG on the sides of the house, SOD and the landscaping lights. I could be more happy with how it came out. I did ask about that one star review above and he was quite upset about it, he didn't do that work (it was a new house and he didn't have that contract) and when he gave them a quote to fix it, it was too high and they attempted a fix themselves and it failed. He is unsure why she believes he did the initial work but he takes his name very seriously and I don't blame him (I thought it fake for other customers to know this). If you're lucky enough to get him to work on your yard you won't be let down. Can't recommend Manny enough!

I explained I had a leaking irrigation supply valve and wanted to get it fixed fast due to hot weather. Johnathan came by for estimate on Tuesday. He noticed the PVB was very old and valves rusted so that needed to be replaced also, but it could wait. I said I only want to cry once! So added that. I had an estimate later that evening and it was quite reasonable. I had mentioned I wanted an estimate for another little job and he said he would throw that in as a courtesy! Awesome! I accepted the quote and they came out that very Friday, dug a huge hole, replaced all the plumbing with commercial quality parts including the PVB, filled in and leveled, and had it all up and ready to go by 4PM! Glue needed to dry overnight, so next day fired it up and all good! Very pleased with the work and the quick response. They take Zelle and checks so none of this cash only thing so many contractors want to do. They handle lots of different services so I'm sure I'll be using them again soon!

They completed the job 3 or so months ago. I had questions within a couple of months about wood slats on the fence buckling and some splitting as well as some of the posts splitting. I texted Julio and he told me that was normal weather wear and tear. I texted Julio again two weeks ago because the side gate they constructed no longer lines up with its other side and the locking hardware cant lock anymore. I would gather one side has fallen out of alingment due to the weight of the wood used? Julio has not responded to me. I am not sure how to proceed. I'm a single working woman with my 95 year old widowed mother living with me. Julio knew this. I am thankful for the work done and appreciate everyone is busy, but my yard is no longer safe for me and my family. To be clear, I had offered to pay Julio and his company to fix any problems I had contacted his company about concerning the fence and gates he installed and built.
