Chad is fantastic and you should stop reading and contact him now!…read more If you want to know more- Chad is a super nice guy and excellent communicator. Most importantly, he made my front porch beautiful after a previous handyman did a less than stellar job, and built a super high quality, safe, to code, gorgeous hand rail for it. Fix-it Chad comes in like a Lion and heads out like a lamb. A lamb that leaves your projects…read morefinished without ever letting you know it was there! I am not handy. Let me repeat. I am not handy at all. I have an irrational fear of putting holes in walls, a history of failure with tools and hardware of all kinds, and a short fuse when things aren't going my way while attempting any sort of home project. So finding Chad was a lifesaver, especially during COVID with a new kiddo on the way. The laundry list of honey-dos to prepare were piling up alongside the laundry list of other honey-dos I was dreading before we knew the baby was coming, and I finally gave in and let my wife call in the pro. Yes. I needed her to schedule it because I was too ashamed to admit I was an abject failure in this department and content to let these tasks go undone to keep cash in my pocket. Chad consulted with us by phone to get an understanding of the project and workspace, as well as inform us of what items might be needed to complete the project so we could be entirely prepared. He arrived on time, worked incredibly cleanly and efficiently, and had our projects done to perfection in short order. On top of that he's super friendly, willing to share his approaches with you as a homeowner, and a general pleasure to be around. During Covid he wore a mask inside and outside, and worked outside when he could to avoid unnecessary contact. I don't think you could ask for anything more when it comes to a handyman. We've had him out to help now three times including a Murphy bed, closet install and a few minor repairs, and I foresee plenty more work in the future. So great to be able to use Yelp to find this great local business!

Contacted Fence It, Alex came out a couple days later, understood what needed to be done and came back with a reasonable estimate the next day. A little over a week later, the team was here, did an excellent job securing the wooden fence post with a steel one, replaced the broken fence board and even trimmed some trees back that would have caused additional damage. Will and his team always go above and beyond, not only in communication, but friendly, professional workmanship. A pleasure to do business with!
