When I asked about the support board and if it was angled the correct way he didn't even know what I was talking about. The gate was about 4 inches to short in width. It opened outward into my flower bed instead of going in like normal gates. The Cedar boards that he brought had cracks in them, The new post that he installed was crooked and was not deep enough to be supportive so he had to redo it. A two day project turned out to be seven visits over a month and I had to call and complain and alert him that I was going to file complaint against him with Nevada State contractor board and demanded a refund as I now need to have another company come out to redo everything he did prior Definitely not worth hiring him
