Another important fact, I think everyone should know is that they are licensed, certified, and insured! Says right on the business card. Ok here is my drama - I was in an absolute full on panic because my electric tongue jack got jammed and after taking the thing completely apart I still couldn't get it to work, leaving my Travel trailer stuck on my truck and I urgently needed to get the trailer off the truck. Stay happy RV sent out a technician, Josh, who got right to work. He was professional looking and very prepared to do the job! His company truck was clean, undamaged and in great condition... Which definitely says something about the mindset of the owners. I mean, who wants some POS junky truck parked out front with a guy showing off his plumbers crack to all the neighbors! NOT ME! My thinking is if you take care of your stuff, then you'll take care of my stuff. Josh thank you for looking so professional and not embarrassing me in front of the whole neighborhood! Josh was quick, respectful, positive and most of all incredibly knowledgeable!! He even gave us a few helpful tips that we will definitely use in the future. After he took care of this issue for me (apx 15 min) I booked a second appointment to have him come back out and do the laundry list of repairs and troubleshooting for me. Thank you STAY HAPPY!! Originally, I left a 5-star review because John installed two toilets for us at a reasonable price…read more He did forget to caulk them, but he immediately came back and fixed the oversight. Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

Pretty plain to see Mr. Curran was invited to give his option and evaluation, but instead chose to throw a temper tantrum, then lie here on Yelp in an attempt to cover it up. Despite Mr. Curran's claims, he was invited to give his evaluation, but refused to do so. It's also plain to see (in contrast to his claim) that I re-iterated to him that I had planned to be there during his scheduled time. That much is right here in the text string in writing. I can appreciate, sir, that you may be a good person. At least that is your own self evaluation and I'm fine with that. You might just not be such a good business person, or perhaps you were having a bad day and you're now having a tough time coming to terms with that....
