I know the difference between professionals and companies claiming to be pros at their type of trade. Ochiltree's people are professionals. We contacted Scott from our home in Florida to arrange a full repainting of the 2nd home we bought in Reno. Ochiltree sent us a proposal which clearly laid out the scope of work and pricing for each task. We flew into Reno Wednesday night hoping Scott would be at our new home early the next working to paint the house as we had furniture schedule for a Friday. He was! In fact he and his crew started, given lock box access, even before we arrived. And after a blizzard with snow all over. They fully covered all floors and areas & surfaces around where they were to paint. The crew of 4 men started and did not stop. They worked different areas at the same time to insure the areas to receive furniture were completed on the 1st day so as not to delay or impact furniture delivery. After completing areas they cleaned up each area. They pointed out some small areas that needed attention, suggested what to do, and knocked it put in no time. They were polite, friendly, and courteous at all times. Professionals who CARE about their work and show up ON TIME. If you need painting do yourself a favor and call Scott Ochiltree. 775-233-9356
