A few days later he sent me the quote and I was pleasantly surprised! It seemed like a very fair price from what I had read and was expecting. We then schedule him and his team to come paint the house and they did an amazing job! I was very impressed at how well they covered the floors and furniture to ensure they didn't have any spills. They worked 8:30-5 for three days in a row and had the whole interior done and the home clean and ready to enjoy! They have great attention to detail and i couldn't be happier! Julio was the first to answer my request for a quote, and the first to schedule an appointment to see the house. He showed up on time, and I was impressed that as the owner of the business, Julio arrived instead of sending an employee. He told me when he would email me a quote after our meeting, and he sent the quote when he said he would. This is why I chose Julio's Painting beyond his quote, which was reasonable and within my budget. Julio followed through on what he said he would do, which is very important to me in business and in life. My house was initially a garish bright blue, as if the Smurfs had relocated to Northwest Reno. This project was more than a paint job, it was an aesthetic intervention. Within a week from the day that I requested a quote, Julio and José began the process of giving my place a much needed upgrade...to my relief and to that of my neighbors, who stopped by to compliment the evolving exterior facelift of the property. The job would have taken no more than three or four days, but Reno experienced half a week of pouring rain. I wouldn't have asked them to show up on a holiday, but they came by on Labor Day to make up for the lost time caused by the downpour. Even with the weather inconvenience, they were able to complete the job within a week, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Julio and José were punctual, immaculate and took care not to step on my flowers near where they were painting in the front yard. They were mindful of picking up any debris during and after the painting process. It's obvious that Julio has been painting for decades, he is a master of his craft and takes pride in his work from the beginning to the end. On a personal level, I felt safe with Julio and José in my home, and I was comfortable leaving them alone to work and have access to the inside of the house when I had to leave for a few hours. It is really comforting to have this level of trust when contracting a company for home improvement projects. They definitely left my place nicer than they found it, and made my house look brand new from the outside. I would highly recommend Julio's Painting for any painting project, and I am looking forward to contracting this company again to paint the interior of my studio this fall.

The guys were very careful to cover the carpets, flooring & furniture to prevent paint spots. They masked off the ceilings that were not being painted so the new wall colors stayed off. The stairway was carefully done~~even at the 12' level. They managed to paint 6 rooms, a stairway & a hallway in 2 days time as promised. It looks REALLY good, no mess & NO REGRETS. Talk about a great group of guys. Their work is impeccable, so much cleanliness, attention to detail, and just the way they interacted with each other was great.
