As with all our home projects, we gathered several quotes and Juan really sold us from the get go! I had a very simple drawing that involved a fire-pit, a section of artificial turf, and some xeriscaping sketched out and Juan came more prepared than I expected. Not only did he paint out the lines on the dirt so I could actually visualize how each space would look like, but he had a catalog of pavers for me, and later provided us with samples of different turfs as well. His quote came somewhere in the middle compared to our other quotes, but the quality work they did was worth paying a bit more for. He also was mindful of our budget and offered suggestions to cut costs. He also provided suggestions that we didn't consider and which really elevated the overall project. We found him very knowledgeable and throughout the entire project, he overall maintained good communication. There were some minor aesthetic issues when we did our walk through and he was quick to fix them. Him and his team always tidied up the backyard at the end of the day! 10/10 recommend! We are beyond excited to finally get to enjoy our backyard- thanks to Juan and his wonderful team

He was the opposite of most sales people and we really liked that. Next, after we signed the agreement, they contacted the local utilities to mark/flag any underground lines and pipes. We did a walk-through with Jose, the project manager, he too had some great suggestions which we adjusted to. Then the work crew came the following week on time as scheduled. They were very professional, cleaned up each day and were very pleasant to interact with each day. The job took about 4.5 days to complete and came out better than expected. The job was the following: 1. install artificial turf replacing the existing live grass area; 2. install a paver pathway on the side yard from the gate to the existing paver work previously done by a different company and also extend it to our hot tub; 3. install pavers on either side of the driveway. Once complete, the turf is in need of some touch ups that were promised. However, as soon as they had the final check they have ignored all my calls. Additionally, they did not clean up their mess. Our street was left with dirt, nails, cigarettes, and oil stains. I have reached out to the project manager and management but have gotten no where. I'd look elsewhere for your next project.

They were getting rid of remnants at a reduced price and since natural grass seems to be unsustainable in my yard, we opted on getting some turf to beautify the area and give some texture to my desert looking yard. Before heading to the turf depot, we did our due diligence at Home Depot and Lowe's, and for the size and quality we got at the Turf Depot, we would have paid 3 times as much at the big chain retailers. Kurt is an amazingly nice guy. Helped us with the measurents to figure out how much sand, nails, and glue we would need for all our sectional home projects. You get everything you need with great customer service at this location. We will absolutely recommend this to any friends that intend on doing the same to their homes.
