AMAZING PLACE! My husband and I have been renting through Rogne, and had 0 issues with any requests/questions through our stay. We are now home owners thanks to Tia !!! She has made this process painless and been the biggest help since we moved into town. We wouldn't go through anyone else. The only down side is that maintenance takes a little while to be completed , but this is a small town with lots of homes, and that isn't contracted through Rogne so it's at no fault of theirs. I have sent several messages regarding a broken swamp cooler. Then we get a notice to vacate the property. My family has been suffering in the 100 degree weather the entire month of July as they refuse to properly take care of the situation and get some decent cold air in here. We have been here nearly 3 years and have never been late on our rent. We are quiet and keep to ourselves and we are clean. I warn you, don't do business with these people. You will pay your rent and be treated like garbage in return. 3 more days in this heat moving our belongings out. Cannot wait. read more

They managed my property for several years and kept letting people in that completely destroyed it. Rogne would get payed because it was rented out but they didn't care if I was payed or not. The last renter has now cost me over 9 thousand dollars in repairs and this has happened multiple times. Stay away from these people, they do not have your interests in mind, only their own. read more

Do not rent from rogne realty. Their properties are shitholes and their service is not any better. They will not remind you when your lease is getting ready to end and then will charge you an additional month as a result of your failure to supply a 30-day notice of termination even though you gave them the end date of your lease when you signed. Common courtesy ethics of a landlord would be to give a courtesy call when a lease is getting ready to end to ensure a 30 day notice is posted or that the tenant intends to renew the contract. They will not show you that courtesy. In addition there is a conflict between the lease agreement and the 30 day notice policy. The lease contract says that you are responsible for rent for the 30 days following the date you submit your notice. However they have a policy that you have to pay for the full month following your 30-day notice so make sure you turn it in at the first of the month or you'll be paying for an additional month. I didn't even want to rent from them in the first place but they had the only apartment for rent in the whole city at the time I came here. The place I rented is not in the greatest condition, surrounded by drug addicts and dealers, and an overall piece of crap. Luckily I only needed it for a few months so it sufficed but my co-workers were concerned with me staying there. Now I will have to pay for an additional month I will not be staying for because they couldn't be bothered to remind me my lease was coming to an end until 12 days before move out. I work 60 hours a week at the hospital, I don't even know what day of the week it is half the time, sorry if I lost track of when my 30 day notice was due. Are they really so busy they couldn't have called sooner than 12 days before my lease terminated? I would not recommend working or renting from this company. The best rental agency in town. They are absolutely wonderful. We have rented two properties through them and will continue to do so. They are always quick to fix any maintenance issues and are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend them over anyone else hands down! read more
