I have lived in Fallon for over 10 years now and since living here, this is my first experience using propane. I've used the services of Amerigas when they were once BiState Propane and to be honest with you, liked BiState's services much more than Amerigas. I get my take serviced about every other month, when I've used up about 70-80%. I've had to call Amerigas a couple of times due to concerns with price creep, but they have been accomodating and I appreciate that. There are some competitors out there with lower prices. I've researched them but I manage to work out my differences with Amerigas if/when they come up. I do appreciate their service guys coming out when we've reported smelling propane. I check my tank and make sure I do not run out of fuel. During the BiState/Amerigas transition, I have run out of fuel once which left me being an unhappy camper. I appreciate them working with the customer and hearing them out. I think that they make an effort. read more
