It's a good size for 2 people, if you have more than that I would order another so everyone can have some. I decided on the Rham Schnitzel. Very delicious, almost like what Mom used to make. The Potato salad was really good as well - you can tell it was homemade. My only complaint was that I asked for fries and received maybe 12 fries total. They were tasty though. Everyone seems to have liked their meals. The interior is very reminiscent of an authentic German place. I recommend a stop here if you're craving some Schnitzel.

We went on Mother's Day (totally forgot it was that day), but were able to call and get a table inside for two. Everyone we interacted with was super friendly and attentive, so expect good service. We decided to get two dishes and share with each other, so I ordered the Rahm Schnitzel and he ordered the Bratwurst Platter, and our side choices were spätzle und kroketten with a salad and goulash for soup. I was driving, so my brother ordered a pint of pilsner, which of course I had to take a sip for quality control, and it passed the test lol. The server mentioned they were having issues with some of their alcohol equipment that day, so alcohol options were very limited. The food came out quite quickly, or I think it did, because my brother and I were busy chatting and catching up. Food was hot, and everything tasted delicious and well-seasoned. I can't say that I had a favorite dish because it was all delicious, but I did really like the Rahm schnitzel with the kroketten!! Will be back in warm weather so I can go eat and drink on the patio!

My friend and I stopped in to catch up over a cider and dinner. We both aren't beer fans due to how full they make us. So, cider was perfect. They have a huge selection of flavors from super dry to sweet and unique ones such as ginger, lavender, and honey. I got the German bratwurst for my meal. The bun is soft and delicious but it was way too much bun for the bratwurst. It was just stuck in the bun cooked whole, if they would have cut it in half and layer it in, it would have been easier to eat and you would have gotten bratwurst with every bite. The flavor was amazing, the caramelized onions were perfection! The staff is a bit odd. Both the bartender and the food service people were extremely corky. Also, I ordered a cider at the bar and they must have a new system and an old guys at the food station who couldn't figure out how to add my food but keep my tab open, so I just closed out and paid for it all.

I grew up eating mostly Asian foods- I'm new to Czech cuisine- I dug it! I liked how the sauces and…read moresour kraut balanced the heavy platter of the meets and cheese- i felt like i was digesting, not just full of meats and sides. Plus, the staff were very welcoming- like, they'd be a waitress David Lynch would hangout with. I didn't catch her name, but thank you for encouraging us to dip the puck in the cheese! You know what you're talking about. "I gotchu'-" she does. 3 adults were taken down in Game 7 Overtime. The platter of food was great, it had a nice sample of everything on the menu. We left with leftovers for a decent meal. The vibe was chill- fairly open seating. The decor was like a knight and hockey player opened a mess hall starring Czech cuisine: jerseys pinned up across the ceiling, huge wooden bar, barrel glass beer mugs, castle like mural,...pool tables and big screen tvs showing futbol and hockey. Good dive spot, esp for broadway.

I used to…read morehang out a lot with some Czech friends back then, so they were really excited when this place opened. That's when I got to know the place. It's had its seasons of ebb and flow as far as traffic, but it's remained a very consistent crowd of regulars. As they say, the more things change, the more they stay the same. There's something refreshing about that, when the world changes so much, so rapidly. As also happens, I don't "hang out" as much as I did in my younger years. But, I still visit and say hello on occasion. Whenever the first winter snap or snow hits for the season, I make a point to go in for the Chicken Paprika. It is a healthy serving and just warms the belly. If there's a Cowboys game on that's not televised locally, it's on my list for places to go to watch the game. And, of course, it's the only hockey bar in town and has been FOREVER. Otherwise, they have the same karaoke nights they've had for those with voices made for a microphone (not it). They still do bands on occasion, as well. It's always a good time. With the two patios (one heated in front and one in back), the main bar and the pool room, you're bound to find a seat next to a friendly face. It's a solid, enthusiastic crowd!
