    Oatmeal and 2 eggs
    Julie B.

This is great spot for a bistro since there are many hungry employees and patients/families. Located on first floor. The view was the best thing about this place. The employees are terrible. They act like they hate life and walk around so slow they look like zombies. When I made a special request for my order just to have some fruit the lady acted so mean like she couldn't do that. I ordered the only healthy thing I could come up with, oatmeal with fresh fruit and then 2 eggs. My dad had the breakfast bowl with grits eggs cheese and sausage. He seemed to like it. They also have Starbucks here with limited menu. My mom had the hot chocolate with whip. The service is slow so be prepared to wait.

Great location on the river side of St. Vincent's Hospital. Sweeping views of the St. John's River from inside and plenty of outside seating on the terrace. The cashier was a little gruff, but efficient. The guy cooking the food was moving. For breakfast I had a sausage, egg and cheese on an English muffin ... it was fresh, hot and delicious.

We came here to finally try their popular desserts but we stayed for dinner!…read more We loved the drinks and our food. We ordered a board as an appetizer and waited close to 35 minutes for it before our server realized she never rang it up. We were upset as we wanted something to snack on as we waited for our meal. She offered to quickly have it made, but our food was almost ready and it did not make sense to us anymore at that point. But no other resolution was offered. The food was great, but it took a while to get our food. It didnt seem to be busy, yet they where slow. Im sure if we had our appetizer, we wouldnt have noticed the 45 minute wait. We loved the cheesecake and the mocha cake! Drinks where very nice and strong. Overall, i loved it here. Hopefully next time ill be able to get my board!

It was a really good experience. We started with the baked Brie appetizer and it was delicious ( forgot to photograph that). I'm a vegetarian and love the fried zucchini sandwich but today's lunch special was a spaghetti squash special and it was delicious! I highly recommend it. Hubby had the smash burger and fries and all was good. I had a special cocktail called Blue Eyes something that was very refreshing. Elise gave us very good service and as always, I got a piece of Tropical Cake to go, that will last for days. Other than parking being tough, this is a great place for girls days, lunch with the hubby, etc.

That said, I still really enjoy stopping in. The popovers are my favorite and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I also love that they're connected with the bakery at Biscotti's, because Biscotti's desserts are A-MA-ZING, especially the cakes. BB's usually has rotating meal options and entrées, which keeps things interesting, and I enjoy seeing what they have available. Some dishes feel more unique than others, but overall the food is generally tasty and thoughtfully done. I'd recommend BB's if you're looking for a cozy local spot with great baked goods, good food, and especially if you want to try the popovers. Just be prepared for limited parking and a smaller seating area.

We didn't really need the reservation as we arrived right after they opened and it was not busy. We were greeted immediately and wished happy anniversary by multiple staff members. They also brought us two glasses of white wine to celebrate. The space is beautiful, bright and clean. We asked for a recommendation between two appetizers and chose the shrimp with garlic and chili. We added sourdough toast on the recommendation and we were not disappointed. The toast was perfect to dip in the sauce and the shrimp were delicious. I also ordered their old world fashioned and was super happy. I try old fashioned everywhere I can and this one is definitely in my top three. Unfortunately, my entree was not as good as the rest of my meal. The flavor of the scallops was strange, I am guessing from the pea flavor. I love mushrooms and risotto, but this one was not good. The risotto was not super creamy, seemed a bit uncooked. Based on most of our meal, I would definitely return to try other entrees.

The booths make the experience feel intimate and romantic. Our waiter was fantastic, friendly, informative and just a great server. The complimentary wine was really a nice touch and everyone there seemed to know we were celebrating our anniversary. The old-fashioned that my wife ordered was one of the best I've had. The flavors were perfectly blended, it was bold and smooth. If you like an old fashioned I suggest you try that here...impeccable. Likewise the shrimp and garlic appetizer we had with bread was amazing. The shrimp was huge, cooked perfectly and the sauce just epitomized what it should be. It enhanced the shrimp, it made the perfect dip for the bread. We were so excited for our main dishes. I ordered the seafood pasta. It was beautiful in presentation. It was good, but did not hit in the same way as our appetizer. It could have used more flavor. It was good, not outstanding like our appetizer. My wife felt the same about her risotto. I would suggest Taverna as a good option for a fine-dining Italian experience. I would simply say to try other entrees if you want to be wowed as we were with our appetizer.

Arrival was effortless, as the parking options outside the venue are remarkably convenient. Stepping inside, I was immediately struck by the pristine cleanliness of both the interior and exterior spaces. The decor is wonderfully stylish, featuring a lovely variety of private seating options that set a warm, serene, and sophisticated atmosphere. The service was top-tier from start to finish. My server, Patrick, was extraordinarily gracious, polite, and attentive, ensuring every detail of the evening was handled with complete care. To begin, I ordered the Dayspring Martini, which was expertly mixed, brilliantly balanced, and utterly refreshing. For my main course, I selected the house-made pasta. When it arrived, it was an absolute culinary triumph cooked to absolute perfection, rich with authentic flavor, and deeply satisfying. Between the spotless ambiance, chic interior design, divine cuisine, and Patrick's stellar hospitality, Town Hall earns full marks from me. Right away our server greeted us and answered all our questions about the menu. I was having trouble deciding on a Sauvignon Blanc and he brought me some samples to choose from. For my entree I went with the Seared Scallops. I went with the larger order of and I'm glad because the they were not as large as we thought. They were good, but I was expecting them to be not as chewy as they were. We ended a brownie that had popcorn on it. We really wanted the cheesecake, but they were out. The brownie was good just the popcorn may throw you off if texture is important to you. It was warm and gooey yummy. Overall a wonderful spot to visit and they also have patio seating.
