The tea experience here is definitely worth the 75$. The three layer tier or treats are so warm and flavorful and the scone was my absolute fav. I tried what tasted like a strawberry tea and the puffs with cavier was my second favorite with my first being the chicken salad sandwich.

It's not about how big the bag is, it is about the quality of what is in the bag!

When you are this close to Bergdorf Goodman, you must go!! SEVEN level women's store with a completely separate building for men! I could spend all day looking through designer items! The only thing I would love to see if an underground or over the street tunnel connecting the men and women stores! Service was similar to any department store to be honest though we were greeted at almost every section as we browsed then store. The value is comparable to other high end stores with similar service.

Still a lovely high end 5th Avenue staple. The layout for the beauty section is a bit crowded, but lovely still. The selection of .merchandise is sometimes limited, but great.

    Great presentation!!

I love the presentation of my cologne that just arrived. Great job! I visit this store every trip to NYC and finally have sales people to call when I see something I want. The selection for men's cologne is decent and the prices are reasonable.

We stopped in for the bathroom. I left my phone in the stall. Security had it within minutes . On my way out from the bathroom the lady that worked at Guerlain stopped my friend and I. We entered the boutique and we ended up getting matching lipstick cases and lip shades. The process was so cute and we had it customized in seconds. They were sold out of a few shades but we were able to settle on one. Since we did so well we went to Hermes beauty. The associate could not even be bothered with me. She didn't even say hello and I had a list of items to purchase.

Came in to Bergdorf's to buy a Canada Goose jacket. Was helped by a very nice young man named Jalani Harmon. Jalani examples excellent customer service. Jalani works in the men's department. I cannot say enough good things about the level of service that I received here during this very busy holiday season. Thank you Jalani, I appreciate you. Grade: A+++

    New ginori cafe 1735

Absolutely loved the speakeasy vibe in the new Ginori 1735 cafe. Tucked in the back of the fragrance section of BG, definitely worth the hunt. Coming here for a work lunch the service was excellent. Daily specials offer a fresh variety from the normal menu. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly we received our items without being rushed. Considering the location and value for some Italian classics without the passport stamp. From sea-bass to lobster ravioli something for everyone in the group. Upon exiting I stopped by and picked up a new fragrance so it was a great way to spend the afternoon.

had a great experience with my new watch

There are still secrets to be discovered in this city's commercial labyrinths--spaces that resist the tyranny of the obvious, that demand we become hunters rather than merely consumers. Behind the glittering fortress of fragrance and luxury, past the sentries of crystal bottles and silk scarves, I stumbled upon something that felt like contraband: a café that understood the poetry of concealment. The speakeasy knows its lineage--that proud tradition of hidden sanctuaries born from prohibition's creative rebellion. Here, in the shadow of Bergdorf Goodman's cathedral of desire, Ginori 1735 has crafted something equally subversive: a space that makes pilgrims of shoppers, that transforms the mundane act of lunch into an act of discovery. I had come with the simple purpose of reclaiming time itself--a watch waiting like a patient friend--but found myself drawn into a more complex negotiation with the afternoon. Business called, as it always does, and I arranged to meet a fellow voyager from Future Center Ventures, one of those restless souls who, like me, seeks tomorrow's possibilities in today's conversations. What followed was that rarest of urban miracles: service that understood the delicate balance between attention and intrusion. The daily specials arrived like seasonal psalms, offerings that spoke of kitchens still connected to the calendar's ancient rhythms. Our plates materialized with the efficiency of well-rehearsed theater, yet without the breathless urgency that so often poisons contemporary dining. Here was Italy without the pilgrimage, the Mediterranean's sun-warmed generosity transplanted to Manhattan's unforgiving grid. Sea bass arrived like a letter from distant shores, while lobster ravioli whispered secrets of coastal mornings and patient hands that still remember pasta as prayer rather than product. Each dish carried within it the democracy of good food--something for every palate, every inclination, every hidden hunger of the soul. The afternoon concluded as all good stories should: with an unexpected gift. The fragrance I chose seemed almost inevitable, as if the café's hidden location had orchestrated this final note of sensual completion. Scent, after all, is memory's most faithful servant, and I knew that in years to come, this particular essence would return me instantly to this afternoon's perfect choreography of discovery, nourishment, and the ineffable satisfaction of having found something genuine in a world increasingly populated by its imitations.

Season after season, a stop to shop at BG's handbags and shoes departments I must make. A visit to their lingerie, jewelry, kids, and, my favorite at-the-moment designer departments when needed. Fabulous personalized service throughout the entire store. As anticipated, elegantly decorated for the season is this Grande Dame of 5th Avenue! CHEERS!

This is one of the shoes (two pairs) that Bergdorf rejected return of!

Do NOT order online from Bergdorfs!. Bergdorf Goodman sent my daughter in Chicago multiple pairs of Cucinelli shoes in various sizes. My daughter tried them all on and didn't like the look or fit. She never wore them except across her carpeted floor as she was trying them on! Bergdorf Goodman sent two pairs back to my daughter alleging (falsely) that they had been worn. When my daughter called they were officious and stubborn and would not refund the money! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BERGDORFS! James C.

A shoe that has not been worn.

The men's store cafe is a good place to quietly lunch and use a store card to pay. Good experience there.

Many of the items were missing buttons and they don't come with replacements. The store is quite small and has limited inventory, as well. If anything, it may be worth going in to confirm your sizing, but I'd rather shop at another boutique or online. I ended up having to go through corporate for a resolution for an item that ripped right after I bought it, after this boutique never returned my calls and was unhelpful and curt over the phone when I finally reached them. The experience and quality is H&M, but the pricing is at a premium. While I'll probably buy from MM la fleur again, it won't be at this boutique, which is a shame because it's the closest to my home and work.

MM Lafleur's stuff is overpriced and basic, but I can count on it to fit me well. I ordered $2K of stuff and paid extra for expedited shipping. I just wanted a simple solution and was willing to pay $ for it. Fedex then refused to deliver to my address because I had forgotten the unit number. After waiting 45 minutes on hold with them, I confirmed my name , contact info and the order number, and called from the phone number on the package, but they refused to deliver. (I gave them the correct unit number, or gave them the option of leaving it inside of a locked gate at that address they had access to, but they refused). I contacted MM Lafleur via email hoping they could make it right, but they basically shrugged their shoulders and said 'we've processed your refund, you should have your money back in 7-10 days.' They claimed that Fedex said I refused the package, which couldn't be farther from the truth. I'm going to be working all weekend and don't have the time to go on a shopping trip. I would happily go to a Fedex location to pick it up, happily arrange to be outside the front address when it's delivered. Insult to injury, they said -- 'please update your address so this doesn't happen with future orders.' Sometimes people make mistakes with addresses, I've never had a Company refuse to contact the carrier to make an update. Just laziness with a side of "not my problem" attitude. It didn't seem like MM's customer service bothered to read my email and wasn't interested in engaging. (Maybe they're using AI instead of employees, who knows). Maybe their reps are paid based on how quickly they "resolve" cases. I know I shouldn't be shocked by crappy customer service, but I've had better experiences with Spirit Airlines. MM LaFleur -- do better.

We made a significant purchase. ($3.000) The very next day many of the items purchased went on sale. I was notified of the sale via emails direct from Alice & Olivia. Sadly, I left town and could not assist with the adjustment. I asked my daughter to return to the store for an adjustment since it was less than 12 hours since our initial purchase. She went to the store for an adjustment with her receipt. The store manager, Danni gave my daughter the run around regarding her adjustment. She was told she needed the receipt and the clothing. My daughter had to return to the store again with the receipt and clothing in hand the next day. Danni gave her the run around again. She did not want to honor the adjustment but finally did. I had to call and speak with Danni on the phone to make this happen. Danni said she was following store policy. I googled the store adjustment policy and it lists a 7 day adjustment policy. The adjustments we were requesting was day # 2 & # 3 after the sale. The worst part about this whole experience is my daughter is physically handicapped. She had to make two additional trips to the store for an adjustment. As a mother of a handicapped daughter, this shocked me at how insensitive Danni handled the entire situation. Danni can see my daughter is physically handicapped! If the adjustment return policy is to have the receipt and clothing in hand it should be listed on the A &O website. It is not. I feel Danni needs sensitivity training. She could have handled the adjustment request much differently especially seeing my daughter is handicapped. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location. The purchase which was a good experience turned into an awful one.
