What a beautiful store this is. It is multi level and very spacious and clean. Everything is displayed very nicely. Came in here today for an emergency birthday present purchase (card holder for my husband), greeted in a friendly manner and steered toward the right place immediately. Sales person was very friendly and spoke French which I always appreciate. I also asked to see some bags but was not thrilled with the colors. Leilani (not the one who showed my the card holder) was patient and even though I left without buying a bag I did not get any dirty looks. Just one thing, I mentioned this while at the store: There is a nice selection of high end fragrances.... but no perfumes notes or fragrance family (floral, chypre, musks, aldehydes etc) listed next to the bottles so one has to spray and hope for the best, I guess? Plus no coffee beans one is supposed smell to "reset" one's nose after smelling perfumes. You would see this in every higher end department store in Europe, just saying. read more

I came in looking specifically for fine jewelry and she happily showed me the rings I wanted to see from the Bois de Rose collection to match the one I already own in white gold. I wanted to see the rose gold pink diamond metro styled ring and they did have it - in person - to try on. I've been looking and looking and looking for it. It's beautiful! The store was clean and everyone was friendly and accommodating. Doors opened for us and staff offered us refreshments while we waited for our jewels to be brought out to try on. There are bags and other items inside as well as perfumes and shoes. Plenty to see. But I came for the Bois de Rose and Jennifer is researching my size availability for me! read more

Went in today to grab a new pair of sneakers. They are open with safety measures in place so it's best to make an appointment since you can't really browse. I was lucky and only had to wait 5 mins. What should I say about this location, first of all tge SA wasn't sure about us seriously buying the bag so couple of them volunteerly come to us but when my friend showed her was going yo buy that is why we get a service. I'm enjoying tasting SA about how sge us going to be nice to us. Sge wanted to sell more and more stuff as much as she can. All service complimentary we had to ask about then she told her assistant to get it for us. This is about Surviving so i kindda understand why SA is not completely friendly to us. My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. Would you be disgusted with their customer service? Would you want to support a brand that doesn't treat customer with care? Would you ever want to spend another $$$$$ on brands that LIED to you? I went in for a birthday gift, bought it and didn't check. I really thought they would give me a new set of bag. Obviously I didn't check. I wanted to return it and the manager gave me such a hard time with (a mark here and there). I don't buy Dior but my friends does, as this is a gift, I bought it for her. Anyway, the manager was not friendly and super rude! There's like 10 associates in the store. Its super not busy but honestly, he could be more friendly. I will be writing to mail office about this. And if you need to go to this store, make sure you check the bag before they wrap it and etc because YOU WONT BE CHECKING prior! Only the person who helped me was friendly, mind you I came in and bought the bag in less than 30 minutes! However, everyone else there was just super judgmental (if the manager set the standard as not friendly - its what it is for the whole team right?!) Went in today looking for a specific bag in a specific color. I was helped by Teresa she looked for the bag in the back, did a search across all locations and came back with options! She really covered all the bases in such a short amount of time. Unfortunately they did not have what I was looking for however Teresa will call me and set up an appointment for anything new or somethings she think I may like. She is very effective, efficient and kind. I didn't leave with the bag I wanted but I did leave happy and ready to shop more with Dior in this location. After remodeling the space looks amazing. First floor is generally the same with three rooms but the walls and ceilings are much nicer with more display cases for bags. The jewelry display is very nice, I like the darker Grey tone room with metal doors that looks like a vault. I'm glad they moved the sunglasses to be right by the doors and not right by the watches/jewelry and also moved the shoes upstairs which made a lot more sense. The stairs are amazing, instead of the mirrors the walls, there are three panels of huge ceiling to floor display of historical runways, Paris and amazing things to stare ate in the form of window frame. Second floor is very pretty with porcelain flowers hanging from the ceiling. There is a beautiful VIP dressing room in the back which has leather walls and carved flowers on them. I like the additional bag display on the first floor and really show cased their increasing number of exotic skin bags. Hand painted Grey gator bag in the case is my favorite. read more

I was currently visiting New York. I am from a small town in Texas, so therefore when we go on vacation that's when we do our luxury shopping. My friends wanted LV handbags and I wanted Dior. Upon entering the store we were never offered any services, only followed by several employees as if we were unwanted in the store. Needless to say I didn't purchase a handbag as I had intended to. On December 15, 2018 I purchased pair of blue jeans (uncoated as for salesman) for the amount of 860 US dollars and 11 cents and I wear new jeans week after, at the corporate party in Europe. I was wearing new jeans with white, dress shirt I purchased at Bloomingdales store in Avenura, Florida. That shirt cost me 195 us dollars plus taxes. I was very disappointed to found out that my shirt got nasty blue stains on it because of new Dior jeans . I never had that problem before and even Dior website suggests wearing a white dress shirt with dark blue Dior jeans. It was a very unpleasant experience. Next day after the incident I made a long distance call to Dior store in New York. I spoke with Mr. Andrew and I was promised that the manager will call us back. No one called and 2 days later I followed up with Andrew over the phone again and this time he asked me to come to the store when back in New York. I was back in USA on January 4th and on January 5th I made a 45 minutes trip, paying for the tolls, to the store located at Green st. in NY. I met Manager Lucy Lu. She looked at the jeans, the shirt and proof of purchases for the jeans and shirt. She said thank you for been honest, that the jeans been worn for couple of hours (because they show no sign of wear) .After an examination and hearing the story she asked me what would I like. As I stated earlier, I am a Dior customer for the last 15 years and this is first time something like that happened to me. Disregarding all the inconvenience I asked the Manager for credit only and I was ready to purchase another 3 different pairs at the store. I was deeply surprised and unsatisfied when my request was denied. Manager told me that dark blue jeans came with instructions ( never seen any instructions attached ) and they cannot be exchanged for something else. She never apologized for all the inconvenience, lots of time and money I experienced with this situation. Bad product plus very unpleasant Customer service you don't expect from the company like Dior . I am asking for the full refund (jeans) for the defective product I purchased and I am asking for the apology. Those jeans cannot be worn with any light clothes. They cannot be worn on rainy day or on snow In fact I sent them a video, when touching the jeans with piece of tissue, tissue becomes dark blue?! For the last month and a half I am trying to get an answer from Dior in writing . I spoke with 5 different representatives and 2 managers , promising to fix the problem .Endless emails and calls after 8 pm from France . Yes, Audrey J.'s Dior bag is beautiful. In fact, the first time I met her... I saw the beatiful thing in the corner of my eye and reminded myself to visit Dior at some point that weekend. After many many drinks, I stumbled across to give her a hug goodbye, only able to say, "It was so great to meet you. Your bag is fabulous (or something like that)." Less than 24 hours later, I'm walking in Dior and drooling starts. Not a fan of the smaller bags, but love the big hobo style bags. Solid colors, beautiful leather and they smell wonderful. It was near closing time, and the staff seemed antsy to leave. It was still a bit busy as women were walking around in back trying on four inch stillets while their beaus were sitting in the seating area trying to look interested. ;) The shoes scream sex. Yelp Review re Dior Boutique in NYC Avoid the salesperson Jennifer L. at this boutique. I had never shopped at this particular Dior Boutique, but the main Dior Customer Service directed me here for the $4450 metallic-gold Lady Dior bag I was looking to buy. That purchase, which Jennifer L. shipped to me (I live 270 miles away), went well. I liked the bag so much, I decided also to buy the mini version for $3400 and called Jennifer L. This time she happened to ship me a bag that was flawed: the metallic-gold leather on the front was noticeably less shiny than on the back. I emailed Jennifer L. photos of the defect and asked for a prepaid return label to return the bag for an exchange. Merchandise defects happen, but what surprised me was that Jennifer L. refused to have the boutique pay for return shipping. She knew I lived 270 miles away from the boutique. She said that I could return the bag "anywhere in the country as long as it is a Dior boutique." My last email, reiterating my request for a prepaid return label, went unanswered. I believe she was trying to make it difficult for me to return the bag, hoping I would simply keep the bag. At these prices, there was no way I was keeping a less-than-satisfactory bag. Luckily, there is a Dior Boutique in Washington, DC, not far from me, which I found the time to visit within the rather tight 10-day return window, and an excellent salesperson there accepted the return and found me an excellent replacement bag. Last year I would have given 4 starts to Dior but my recent experience with the brand and what has become of it forced me to write a review in the public forum. And write a review I will in as many sites I can. I already own 3 handbags and a few pairs of shoes by Dior, haven't had any major issues with the quality. But last year I purchased the large Panarea tote in beige color from their leased store at Bloomingdales (NYC) and that's where the horror begins. I was never informed that the bag is prone to color transfer. I have other designer bags (e.g LV) in the same canvas material but never had any issues or even heard of color transfer issues. I must have carried the handbag for 2months and noticed the darkening of one side (inner side that rubs against clothes); I took it back to the store in Jan and was told that they cant do anything about it. So I left my $1600 worth bag there at the store, wrote numerous emails to the corporate headquarters and every time the response was "we are looking into the matter". It is Aug now and they are still looking into the matter. A high-end brand who doesn't give two-hoots about customers who have been loyal to them for years? Increasing your profit margins by reducing the quality is no way to go...this 'made in China' quality, not to mention the lack of customer service, has left a bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will ever buy another Dior product or let any family member buy one. Whats more I will ensure that others become aware of what this brand really stands for. One more thing, that store manager at Bloomingdales- Dior section should take lessons in mannerism from the Jimmy Choo manager next door!! After very disappointing experiences at LV and Chanel next door, I walked into Dior not knowing its iconic history and expecting nothing. I actually made myself go to Dior. All I knew of Dior were the small iconic handbags that Lady Di used to sport, and my view is that they are mainly for Ladies who Lunch because you can barely open it or fit anything into it. Ouch. So I walked in and meet a wonderful salesperson, very surprising and refreshing from the reception I had at LV and Chanel. Dior had so many colors and styles, and I found myself falling in love with a ton of bags, and the salesperson had such a vast knowledge about the brand. I think I maybe a Dior girl after all, and to think I may have just passed up even looking into it for my first designer bag. my bf bought my engagement ring here. their fine jewelry is beautiful, but their service is just "ok". nothing to write home about. they offer you water - as they should, since it's a high-end store. but it took about two weeks to have my ring cleaned when they told my bf it would take 2-3 days. after i got my ring back i was so excited, i asked my bf if we should stop by and give the sales associate that helped us a present (i was thinking something small, like chocolates). what my bf replied really resonated with me: "no, i don't think so. they didn't go out of their way to help us" - i think that sums up my experience there. read more
