As soon as I walked in, I was not greeted, and the employee was looking down at his phone. After a few seconds, I said, "Hi." He responded with, "What do you need?" I asked if I could have my car looked at because my engine light was on, and he bluntly said, "No, we're busy today. Come back Monday." I was already feeling frustrated, but I agreed to return. When Monday rolled around, I showed up again, and guess what? I was turned away once more! I had decided to try this place based on a recommendation from a friend, wanting to support a local business.
